I was there! It was the first time I heard this song and I fell in love with it instantly. It's such a beautfiul song no matter who sings it, but I so enjoyed it when Adam sang it. I love the punching and the arms pushing outward.

Of all the "Starlight" performances, this is my very favorite. I love that the video is slighty blurry and filmed from an angle that captures the waving hands in the foreground, adding to the galactic feel of the song. And what can I say about Adam's vocals? They are "other worldly", too! My favorite segment, though, is when he punches the air at 1:55 - 1:59, then sways with the microphone, flashing a momentary smile as he comes back to center. The smile is quick but I look for it everytime!

Seen him 10 hrs ago, he stoled the show and his other 9 friends that won were like back up singers. He just way too good among the other. Kris was just Kris in my opinion, Meagan was beautiful but her tattoo is ugly, Anoop was wonderful and Scott was funny and entertaining, Alison was good, the others were as you seen still same. But Adam seem to have stolen the show as "his tour". If go to his concert look for him after the show with all their buses and fan getting the last shot of him.

I love Adam. I admire his originality in his artistry as well as his confidence in himself.

I just want to say that I think that this tour is detrimental to Adam's voice. His voice is obviously not as strong as it was in his Portland performance. The American Idol guys should give the performers a longer break between performances so they can give their voices a rest.

I want Adam's voice to be preserved in it's perfect condition after the tour when he does the recording for his album.

I kinda rediscover music from time to time when there are great artists emerging to the surface now and then. And Adam just does something to me. wow, based on the videos seems adam changed a whole bunch of things up for tacoma. -- loved portland stuff but some of this is even better. what a fabulous job he does on this song -- so haunting and beautiful -- going to download muse's version immediately. wish Sooo much could have an adam studio recording of this. with this type of song, doing it live with all that noise and smoke and the lights strobing must be incredibly difficult. adam is just excellent.
