  • IS THAT A John Novello's with Niacin????

  • Ah, the RD series. Roland's only good axe! :)

  • Do u think i will be able to do this in 8 days? I am not so good at piano and i dont get the notes like Bb or something so i have to watch the hand and learn like that im not sure i can do this any advice? :L

  • Great job

  • Your English is actually good and understandable

  • very nice!!

  • nice playing!

  • Awesome man! I am a long time bass player and I have just started on keys, This groove really keeps my interest going on. Many thanks!

  • it kinda reminds me of a street fighter theme. this is great!

  • een echte nederlands ''accent'' xD

hoeveel heeft die piano/keyboard gekost en waar haalt u die?

ik heb een casio px 130

  • plotz!

  • i would mind playing some metal slug on that song!! hot damn

  • from the moment he started talking i just knew he was dutch!

  • so the base is like playing a waltz with a swing. and the higher parts alternate with the base part.. going to try this tonight, what you gnna do about it?

    thanks

  • Ey man! Goeie tutorial! En je engels is echt niet slecht!!

  • @robbertzzzzz you got a point (: but i'd say it's more of a C#°7 than a C#m7b5, because, although you can't tell if the chord has a minor 7th or a diminished 7th (since he doesn't play either B or Bb) he afterwards rests with a Dm. Kinda like a leading-note chord... did I say that right??? xD

This is really hard for me to explain in english, since I know all of this in spanish (my native language), but I hope you can understand something of what I'm trying to say xD

  • wow he's handsome

  • You have very good English and I love your playing. How much would that cost?

  • good...what song is thiis?

  • would be nice if someone transcribed this into piano sheet..so we dont have to guess what to play when...

  • dnt need english to speak music! KILL IT~!!!

  • You've got a chord wrong :P

At 3:45 you say you're playing Cm9, but you are playing the notes E G and C#, so I suspect it should be A7, not Cm9. When playing the chord in the groove, you've got a C# in the bass, so it could also be C#dim (or more jazzy: C#m7b5).

Really nice groove though, I just love it :D

Nooit gedacht dat je zo funky kon spelen op zo'n goedkoop klinkend pianootje (of komt dat door de opname?) ;)

  • your english is nice^^

  • Thanks Brother! May god bless you richly!

  • Holland rules !!

  • i like your tutorial a lot - how it's very step-by-step, note-by-note, slow-to-fast. The only part i had difficulty with was how the rhythm in the left-hand part was supposed to fit with the rhythm in right-hand part in the first section (ie the main body of the piece) Maybe for rhythmically disoriented people like me, might you consider putting in an extra bit where the rhythm parts are done slower?

    fantistic tut nevertheless :B

  • Thanx! you helped alot!

  • WOW. let me know if you are interested in making some music. ASAP!

  • Heel goed, bedankt ;)

  • cool video man your english is good greetings from canada

  • Very nice tutorial. Thank you. So what I'm I going to do about it? LOL. I'm going to wait for the next one. Nice work and nice english.

  • hahahah dude you are awesome

  • Oh man! that first line..your attenuation, prosody, melody, emphasis whatever you call it -- the "what are you going to do about it" sounds threatening to Americans..like you want to fight!

BUT YOU PLAY GREAT!! And you explain things very well. good work!

  • "I come from the Netherlands, so what are you going to do about it"

LOL, cool! Your english is very good, most of you Dutch speak very good english as a matter of fact.

  • haha "I'm from the Netherlands so eh... what are you gonna do about it?" thats funny. but good job man, just remember jazz (and most music, for that matter) doesnt have a language barrier, so keep doin what you're doin man. good luck.
