  • first song is?

  • @qkorn What kind of speakers are you hooked up to? Can you post a picture of the outputs? Thanks!

  • oh man that thing is a beast technics 1200 replicas, same weight but half the price and new too

I dunno if ur into hip hop or not dude but if you, id get a mixer needles and slipmat out the turntable into battle mode and start scratching haha

  • pretty cool huh??? i'm so glad that vinyl never really went away and now it's even more popular!

  • Where on earth did you get that stunning original "6-eye" Columbia?????? I hope you realize what a rarity you have there!!!

  • Hey, I have the same turntable, but I use a Shure M97xe cartridge. I am new at this, and I am trying to figure out how to align the cartridge, using the protractor included with the cartridge. Could you help me out with this? I don't know what other measurements or adjustments I'd have to make as well... I only adjusted the tracking and anti-skate, and left the height at 0. Thanks!

  • did you have to adjust the cartridge position with those protractors or it came ready from the factory?

  • Just a few things, you're tracking at a FAR too heavy weight. I suggest reducing the track weight a gram or 2. Or you WILL permanently destroy those fantastic records.

And also, you don't have to keep the tracking light on at all times. :P That's for DJing in the dark. I'm not talking about the red light. But the one that shines on the cartridge.

  • @chrian31410

Since that cartridge tracks at 3-5 grams, a lower tracking force will cause mistracking and more severe damage to vinyl. A new cartridge would be a good idea. But, trying to track lighter with that one, NOT.

  • @chrian31410 ......that is absolutely INCORRECT. the cartridge that is supplied with this table is designed to track at heavier tracking forces. cutting the tracking force to 2 gm. IS NOT RECOMMENDED. this cartridge is designed to track between 3-5gm, with the best results achieved at either 3.5 or 4gm.

also, yes it's true that you don't HAVE to leave the tracking light on, but nothing bad will happen if you do. and no, it's not just for dj'ing in the dark! where do you get this????

  • what cartridge model do you used on the tt? sounds fantastic

  • Is this the cartridge and hardshell it came with and if it is how good is it?

  • hi - some reviews say it has a hum issue - did you have any problems with hum? (wonder if its induced from the motor into some cartridges?)

  • Great turntable! Do you have DSOTM floyd' s vinyl? This is one of the best players in order to play that album!

  • Quick!!! See if you can find " 70's vintage " Quad speaker, amp, and pre-amp system, For god-sake put your turn-table on a concrete base!!!. Great Show. Thank you for this down load.

  • I'm contacting WMG right now to take this video down!

Also, the audio on that camera is awesome.

  • Haha!

Yeah, it has really good audio. Wait until you see the video in Chicago I shot earlier this year.
