Well done for this. Unfortunately, Mr. Justice Eady is as difficult to hear as he is in Court 13.

Although I could not fully hear what he said about costs, I would like it to be known that my libel claim against Bruno Schroder and The Daily Mail was and currently is STAYED because of costs. i.e. my claim against Bruno Schroder was first stayed unless I paid him £25,000, despite he being a billionaire, confirmed again in yesterday's publication by Forbes of their Billionaire issue.
