  • Very effective and VERY uncomfortable. I guess that means the muscles in my t-spine suck and that I probably need it even more.

    Oh, and if you don't have it Functional Strength Coach 3.0 you should get that today. In credible resource. (Wish I got an affiliate fee for that, but, sadly, I do not.)
