CSI Miami filming in Long Beach

I actually like this show a lot less now knowing its shot in Long Beach. Miami has a total vibe, and shooting in Long Beach just ruins it.

because Long Beach looks just like Miami so they dont have to take the actors aaaallll the way to miami... so they come here

Long Beach, California, with its palm trees and building structures, has the best look and feel of Miami for the CSI Miami film shoots. They do some shoots in Miami as well. The old Miami Vice TV series did plenty of film shoots in the Miami area and really did the best at capturing the grittiness and color of Miami.
