As much as I loved the anime, I could never understand why Toei could make a boatload of monster-of-the-day stories but they couldn't animate Hotaru taking LESS THAN A MINUTE to transform into Sailor Saturn.
saturn and pluto are awesome, they look so different from the other soldiers, with the staff and the unique outfits, I love saturn's snow flake design on her bow.
Okay...this is weird...let me specify, the video isn't weird. What's weird is I have a distinct memory of seeing Saturn transform, but I can't find her transformation...did she not ever transform in the anime? Cause I swear she did in Sailor Stars. But maybe I dreamed it haha -_-'
Super series lost money, a lot of fans were disappointed in the series and stopped watching, they probably didn't have the budget to animate the outers.
@youkaichild Personally I'm glad they did change the other Outers, mostly because their transformation music was among my favorite in the series (the Starlights' transformation being the only other transformation theme I liked as much), and I would probably hate whatever replaced it.
Does anybody else notice that Hotaru's hand looks like Usagi's hand from Moon Prism Power?
