His dislocated shoulder is pretty much preventing his left from doing anything however if he does throw one the beauty of the hammer fist is that your right arm can easily be brought straight back up on the angle and you can smash his bicep, shoulder etc with your elbow. It all comes down to time, place and circumstance there is no one technique for all occasions.
i would imagine a more offensive movement would work outside of a technique match. like once you sidestep, do a punch to his side with your free hand and grab his forward arm to use as leverage and your punching hand on his shoulder to get him into a lock.
R4BBIT1, having trained with JJJ, BJJ, and Judo people for years.... You are the incorrect. Most folks have no idea how to fall, much less kick from the ground. A decent Judoka of JJer, when throwing down usually does it with control in class. They have the choice of dropping the opponent on his butt, back, shoulders, or head, therefore are able to put him down gently or knock the air out or KO, at will.
Right on patfromlogan - A US research study has actually shown that out of all knockouts researched and used in their study and besides a hand gun or impact weapon, the throw was the next best way to knockout an opponent. Kicks strikes were actually down on the list, and if you have ever felt this technique done on you properly you will know what I mean. Try it on grass if you dare with a fair bit of force then imagine it on concrete!
Your first technique will not work on the street. You need to deliver a counter strike to a sensitive part of the attackers body(muscles,...). You can't just put him down...he will probably kick to your head.
Appreciate your comment bro and agree 100%, thats why we usually smash a good back fist into their floating ribs - however I have seen and used this technique many times on the street it does work regardless if someone has punched or not however you must be committed to that technique 100% I do beleive in smashing vital parts of your opponent at any opportunity though. Cheers for watching!
Great video keep it up!

for the haymaker defense, what's keeping his left from coming in and hitting you?

Allways paralise him before using a technique. :)
