Im sure u meant it the other way around. Boston has never been as dangerous as NYC, EVER! eventho ppl Boston want it to be. New York has never not once ever in one year had a higher property crime rat and i think its had a higher homicide rate a few times but never a higher crime rate. Boston was the cart theft capital of the world google it. Im not trying to say anything about its so hard. People see movies about NY and think it was so badd, whenever NY was bad Boston was bad, crime is more bred into boston culture

i think a lot of old time boston residents are posting and until the mid 90s boston was incredibly dangerous and ghetto, thats why they are advocating so hard, now its just average big city crime but the people are rougher than in most other cities, its just good law enforcement and mayoral strategy. Bu ti dont think at any point has NYC ever been more dangerous than Boston. It's also not a white city, its not a black city, its not a latino city. Its mixed. Period.
