@Maytons Except that they picked from the wrist and not the arm, just tossing this out there (p.s i think Shawn was the only one who held the pick at an upward angle among the guitarists you mentioned). To be constructive i think this has good speed, but it will be especially difficult to control with most of the motion coming from the elbow and the notes wouldn't be as defined and succinct when compared to wrist picking at the same speed.

''Buckethead - Computer Master - Wetlands, NY 4/30/97'' is a video with him doing it,though I haven't seen him doing it at any other show. I think he was actually slightly sloppy-ish using that technique though.

Learn to take criticism dude. There is no point to this video; any person you randomly pick from the street can spend 5 minutes on a guitar and pick like that. The tough part is to correctly pick every single note while doing it alternately and switching strings and at the same time. You just tremolo pick one string which is the reason your like/dislike ratio is 502/1047. JUST SAYIN.
