  • Love your tooling. What kind of steel (grade or type) do you use for these tools. it does not look like hot rolled steel.

  • Do u use ethanol for coolant on aluminium? Its great! Also, a peice of fine steel wool rubbed on a bar of soap is a good polish! U get a nice finish with a unradiused tool, how about a rounded one!? ;)

    Eu acho que não tem nada parecido no mercado.

    Esse eu fiz especialmente pra usar na minha fresadora maior.

    Mas não é difícil você fazer um, esse eu fiz usando meu torninho Sherline.

    Qual torno você tem?

  • oi, eu comprei uma furadeira schulz pratika 13 que o mandril é cone morse. Não sei identificar qual, mas o eixo arvore é cone morse e o mandril encaixa nele. é um sistema contrario a este que você fez. exemplo no eixo arvore é o macho e no mandril a f}emea. Tem como eu inverter isso para poder usar as ferramentas comercializadas no mercado?

    Tem sim, mecanicamente pode praticamente quase tudo,

    Quando eu fiz minha primeira fresadora foi com uma furadeira dessa igual a que vc comprou.

    Com qualquer torno vc consegue fazer uma peça invertida dessa que precisa.
