to get a free ride to the plane you must be a VERY frequent 1st class flyer. Regular customers don´t get that service on a regular base.

Every time I tell people this I'm called "cheap", a "loser", or "poor", or another term that would make the airlines proud.

At most, first class should cost double than coach. Business class should cost no more than 50% extra.

I can't believe that people actually pay 10K for an airline ticket!

@NASENTREFFpunktDE Das "Wellblech" ist seit ~ 2005 LH Markenzeichen (ist ja auch in FRA, Terminal 1A überall) und das Bier war Wunsch des Kunden. Normalerweise kriegst du in LH selbstverständlich Sekt und Champanger!

Very good video, and does also remind me of the only time I took Lufthansa First (FRA-EZE and back). What an experience! However, on the downside, I take Iberia Business for the major part of my trips, and they have a service counter in Business. For less than Lufthansa Business...

Yeah, the Luftwaffe is good, efficient, no thrills, stable and dependable. But comparing to Singapore, Thai, Emirates and even Quatar, it sucks... I'm still loving it, don't get me wrong (I'm a LH Gold "Senator"). ;)

No way in hell would I pay 10x the cost of a coach ticket to sit up there. Instead of flying First Class I would rather fly the cheap seats and use the remainder to pay for strippers at my destination. This video shows a few people who feel otherwise. Is there another reason why First Class isn't packed?

Yes. At many german airports you have your own first class lounge and there is a garage where you can go and you can choose wheteher you want to be driven to the plane in a Porsche Cayenne or a Mercedes S-Class. If you take Lufthansa, of course

The price for first class depends on the route you are flying, and the day, of course. Check out the prices at the lufthansa website. But if you buy a first class ticket that service is all included. No extra prices for the car ride or the First Class Terminal. If you wanna see more, check Youtube for "Lufthansa First Class Terminal"
