What use is this ~15 billion really? That would just let GM and Chrysler make it a few months longer. These companies were epicly mismanaged and their car models etc. were just terrible. Why reward failure?

Why did it take teh news media forever to determine that the TOTAL LABOR COST is only a lousy Ten percent??!
That means that the republicans are attempting to lower the cost of an american Auto by just under ONE PERCENT!!
