This one I think is fake. The sound of the skull crushing is phony. The filming is a little too good for some random person to have caught this in what the early 90s.

Also, look at the hairline underneath his ear at :31 (clean cut) and then 1:04. (hair under the ear). So my conclusion is this is probably fake unless someone can find a legitimate obituary.
