Its been a while since ive used my ipod, but your ipod needs to be jailbroken, use can use installous to get the cracked copy, then buy a standard mic for your ipod touch. Google is your friend

You can buy the apple headphones with remote and mic they are only £20 in the UK.

Guys, this app doesn't support the iPod Touch yet. Only the iPhone on 3.0 firmware or above.
