I have heard people say that it only gives best results on large 17" laptops? What about 15", do they get about same result? And another question; Some also say that it pulls alot of power and maybe your laptop cant take it? ( I mean provide the power for it ) please answer quick cuz i am thinking of buying this cooler and i NEED a cooler fast-.... thnxx

i use a Titan G4TZ cooler(mainly in bed) and it keeps my laptop cold, i used to use it all the time but when i found out that it kept my laptop much colder if i cleaned it once in a while.. try that out too! my idle temp is 45 on both cores, playing temp is 60-75 on both cores.. and that is without my cooler xD just take it apart and check the fans for dust and hair =P

im getting one too as my gpu AND cpu go up to 95 degrees and higher.

I applied thermal paste -> 12 degrees drop.

Undervolting cpu -> 19 degrees drop

cpu now: 44 idle , 70 max on load

with that baby ill get even lower and start ocing

My dad just randomly ordered one for my laptop. Didn't even tell me lol. Its still not here yet. He finaly told me yesterday but Its supposed to be here on friday. it only has 2 fans and it also has 4 usb ports. :P Thats a really good feature becasue I have and mp3 player, external keyboard, wireless mouse reader, piano plug, digital camera usb and more to plug in. lol.

There we go - I've just posted my super-scientific (not rlly!) testing results in the description - enjoy!

As for the M17, I really reccomend this cooler for your laptop - it's built for 17" or larger gaming machines, and it provides a nice typing angle if u don't have an external keyboard. The USB hub is a sweed feature, and I think I've gotten my money's worth out of this cooler!

It will probably extend the life of most of the parts in your laptop!
