The game has become over umpired with free kicks now being awarded for tedious infringements (hands in the back?). The fans come to watch their teams, NOT the umpires.

Sledging is hardly impartial or professional from a so-called "neutral" person in a position of power. With great power comes great responsibility. If you say "fuck", fine.
