@pojk06 it's in the last episode of the fifth season when fry makes a deal with the devil because he can't play the holophone, (pardon my spelling) and ends up getting the devil's hands. The devil also appears several more times in it to ask for them back and makes a deal with bender - he wanted to be more annoying so for his "crotch plate" he trades for an air horn on his face, and blasts it at Leela on accident, making her deaf. (Of course, right after Fry decides to make an opera.)
