Wow. Amazing job! I love the way you portrayed the Doctor's darker, sadder side. The colouring is fantastic and I liked the way you switched pretty evenly between the 10th Doctor and the 11th Doctor, without really favouring either over the other. :D

that's from an episode from the Sarah Jane Adventures when the eleventh doctor made an appearance

i think the episode was called the doctor's death ...or the death of the doctor.....something like that.

i don't really remember why he was getting shocked, i know it was by some giant vulture things though if that's any help i think you can see some parts of the episode here on youtube
