  • i cant watch it :(

  • I love this video, it's so true..I would sleep next to my phone every night for 2 years during the time he was based in Japan and it never mattered what time of day or night it was. So many people dont understand just how hard it is to be a military girlfriend/wife. To be away from the one person you can't live without.

  • This made me cry so much. Thank you for this video. I love my husband more than anything and like you said we promised to be together for ups and downs... "till death do us part. It is hard real hard but I wouldn't let anything get in the way of me being able to give him my love.

  • damnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn! well said!

  • damn this video made me cry my eyes out!!!thank you so much i feel my spirits have been lifted...i love him and il stand by him!

  • I criedd my eyes out with this video...its soooo true!!!!!thank you!!!:))and one of these days that urge will get over me!!!!

  • i love this! thanks for making this video! it's so true.

  • I laughed and cried. Everything you said is SO TRUE!!! Thank you for this video super motto for me! =)

  • I totally agree that more spouses need to be like that... I'm not sure what part of NY your from but I'm from NY and I would do anything to make my husband happy lol... I know its not directed at everyone so I'm not mad I just wanted to let you know :p anyway your videos are amazing and totally correct, so keep them coming cause when my friends act like any of the things you've talked about in the videos I make them watch them and think about changing lol LOVE IT!!! :p

  • Love this!! Thank you so much!!! I was feeling extremely down today missing my soldier who is deployed, and this video made it a ton better. Definitely put a smile on my face!

  • We love posting your videos on our US Army W.T.F.? Moments - Army Wives page on FB ! Keep up the good work!

  • This is my absolute favorite video. I discovered you when my husband first left for BCT. I think I watched this video every day for at least a week straight. You are wonderful at what you do and you help out so many of his military wives and girlfriends. Thank you so much for understanding.

  • wow, watching this video just made me cry my eyes out because what you described in your video is exactly what I go through on a daily basis and have been for now 2 yrs. My boyfriend is a Marine and has been in japan for 19 months and yeah it is hard not having him here but like I tell him all the time, I will always be waiting for him to come home. I just cant see my life without him. Thanks for uploading this video describing at bit of what military wives/gf's ect..go through on a daily basis.

  • haha this video is funny with out the audio track

  • They do exist, I should introduce you to one of my friends! Hahah. Not only are they loving and strong, but supporting to their fellow military spouses. Those women are my family. Btw... 43 days, 18 hours and 23 minutes till i can see my Airman again!

  • *that was all typo'd but oh well. u get the point.

  • thank you so much for seeing and appreciating what so many people dont!! ive never heard this from a man's perspective! My husbdand Lcpl Barriga of the Marine Corps & we have a 4 year old & daddy is currently deployed n this really hit home! Also, i just watched your "why i was discharged" and people are so insensitive n nosey. it doesnt matter! Thank you for the time you did serve & for respecting & honoring Military spouses.

  • even though i cannot hear audio.. this is hilarious.. your facial expressions, flip outs and dancing. you're adorable.. and thanks for kicking ass for our country

  • When I said my vows, I promised to always remain dedicated to my husband AND the Marine Corps. I took my job as a military wife seriously & my 'sisters' were the women that helped me get through the months without him. Even after my husband was dishonorably discharged, I still remained faithful to my vows and dedication to both the military & him. And now that he has filed for divorce after almost 4 years, I will still continue to keep an abundance of pride for the military. Thank you!!

  • I know you've heard this thousands of times, but thank you! This video made my day, it both brought me to tears and made me laugh a lot. I especially liked your acting with the whole commenting on a girl friends status about being away from her bf/husband for the weekend, had me cracking up the entire time because of how true it all is! So thanks again! =)

  • Oh my, this was so perfect :)

  • There is absolutely no reason why you can't have this music in your video. "MATERIAL IS USED UNDER THE GUIDELINES OF "FAIR USE" IN TITLE 17 § 107 OF THE UNITED STATES CODE. SUCH MATERIAL REMAINS THE COPYRIGHT OF THE ORIGINAL HOLDER AND IS USED HERE FOR THE PURPOSES OF NOT FOR PROFIT ENTERTAINMENT, COMPARISON, AND CRITICISM ONLY" I post this every time I sing a karaoke song and I have a lot of music that is a copyright issue.

  • @nadalikecary Click on show more at the info box under the video to see his links

  • TYVM for this video! Made me cry :D <3 I'm happy to be one of those wives who stick by their man even if he's not home for a long time. It really irks me when girls cheat &/or leave cause they're not around enough. Stupid selfish spoiled brats! lol

  • Thanks i just saw it, i loved it my husband is in the army he's actully in training right now.

  • Thank you thank you thank you!!! You have completely made my night with this. I get sooo frustrated with my friends who are like "I'm so mad right now because my husband has to work til 8am which means I have to sleep alone tonight". GET OVER YOURSELF. I've been sleeping alone for 3.5 months and have 3 (give or take) left!!

  • This video made me smile. My boyfriend's in the army and on his second deployment in Afghanistan. It's hard sometimes but I couldn't be more proud of him. The part of about other girls complaining made me laugh so hard, that's so my life right now. Keep up the great work! Thanks for the respect dude :) Best wishes to all the other military couples out there. Don't forget you're never alone <3

  • i was crying the entire viedo, but i also had a few laughs! i loved it!!!! thank you!!

  • It made me cry.. Especially the part about the date he comes home got changed.. again. That one hit home... Even though I am no long a military girlfriend, I know how all of that is. The sleeping with the phone, the waiting on a letter, but I loved making care packages

  • my friend posted this video today on Facebook and I wanted to thank you so much ...it had me in tears .It feels like you the first person who understands....thank you so much

  • My boyfriend's mom's sent me this video on fb. He's in his first deployment in Afghanistan--So, as you can Imagine I REALLY needed to hear this. This is my life in a nutshell right now. So thank you putting this out there.

  • this is an AWESOMEEEE video, thank you so much for this:)

  • try being apart for 11 months out of a year..then you have room to say something! man it feels good to let that out!

  • Comment removed

  • all so very true! only thing i would say is dont forget about the military women! we leave too!...im currently stationed in korea which is a one year unaccompanied tour. havent seen my man in 5 months & still got 2 more to go before i see him for a few weeks and then its back here for me. its rough man...but we're hanging on! i can definitely relate with wanting to tell people off when they complaing about being away from their significant other for a few days..

  • Thank you for this video. The part where you were talking bout how everytime we see a girl comlain about not seeing her boyfriend for a certain amount of days we want to flip out on them. My friend did that she told me she wouldnt see her boyfriend for 4 days && i just flipped out on her kindof like how you put it lol && this was all in the middle of the hallway. I never thought id fall in love with a guy in the military but i did and its all worth it.

i love my Marine more than anything<3

  • this was a real good video, your right though, not alot of good girls left in the 21st century.good morals, values, smart, willing to chase after there hearts content; feels like im dreaming, but i know there out there on a island.. probably sipping margaritas waiting for someone to come. lol either that or theyre held captive by the military. either way, props on the video.

  • really nice video, your right though, wont find much of those type of girls anymore in the 21st century. good morals, values, smarts, and will power, feels like im daydreaming, i know theres probably an island full of them somewhere, probably drinking margarita's waiting to be found. if not, i think the military has them all captive lol. either props on the vid (if you think new york girls are bad smh visit georgia.)

  • this video was awesome! :) I loved it. :) im new to the military life even though my boyfriend is just at boot camp which he comes home in 20 days :) im going to stand by him through it all : ) thank you for this video :) gave me some encouragement.

  • I am a miitary wife...and I did like this vid, but I thought I should mention that the military life itself is what makes or breaks a family. There is constant growth...because there are plenty of military husbands, who still put their wives second with call of duty...LOL its a hard life, but also a privilaged life. Esp. For military to military marriages. And telling your son daddys gone for Christmas is easier than saying daddy doesn't care enuff to be here....:)

  • Hi my friend just sent me your video through facebook and i almost didnt watch it, but im so glad i did.I don't know how you got all this emotional information but they are 100 percent right. Every word you said hit home in some way. People always come up and thank your husband for their service and women always say i dont know how you do it, but for another man to appreciate what we go through really means a lot to me and every military wife . Thank you and im damn proud to say im a NAVY WIFE!

  • i love this.. thank you. (and sometimes the urge to yell at the other girls is ALMOST too strong lol)

  • I think it's total BS that they won't allow your opinion to be on here because of copyright laws. It's not like you are selling it. They try to do that to my karaoke but, I have some kind of law I post in my description on those videos.

  • My boyfriend is a marine. i have so much respect to you. it takes a great man to admit how girls like us need to be strong and such. seriously. this put a smile to my face. thank you so much<3

  • Thank you for making this video!!!

  • I just wanted to say thank you for this. It made me laugh, and it really is a breath of fresh air. I've been commended for my "strength" by other women, but it's nice when a guy understands the relationships we have with our servicemen. I'm not bashing on civilian love or relationships at all, but those of us who are married to (or dating) a soldier etc take love to a different level. We love harder and stronger than most people think is possible. Thanks again <3, A proud Army wife.

  • Thank you!!!

  • went to the facebook link and watched this. thank you for making this. it is very true!!! and you made me laugh so hard when you were saying what you said bout other girls complaining on fb statuses. my husband just returned from his 2nd year long deployment and i wanted to do exactly that when i saw those statuses. i wanted to scream at them "get over it..its a weekend!" or whatever it may be lol. thank you for this video!! -PROUD ARMY WIFE OF THE BEST SGT EVER!!!

  • your video was posted up by an army wife on Facebook. Im an army wife myself :) love this video. thank you!

  • i had to wash clothes in my tub n dry em in front of the oven one by onemy babys clothes were cleeeaann lol.. thx for this my husband is deployed n i really needed it

  • Hey there is something if you search on google where you can dispute the copyright issue and it'll put the audio back on it. I've done it a few times and it's something about like "Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976".

  • i saw this on fb and i just wanted to say thank you myself!! im one of those marine wives that no one quite gets why my heart races each time my phone rings or why i stay up from 9pm-4am to chat through IM and wake up at 7am to hear his voice! SEMPER FI!

  • Thank you. From the bottom of my heart. You brought tears to my eyes. You are an angel. (wife of a US Navy Chief)

  • I seriously have NEVER met a MAN who understands this. Did a woman write your script? (;

  • Thank you!

  • I just saw this on facebook and I had to say something. Like so many others, thank you. Thank you for exposing the world to how it really is for us. Often times I feel like I get looked down upon for the relationship my boyfriend and I have rather than praise. Not many people really realize how much patience and love is behind everything and how much we both sacrifice for such a great cause. Thank you for posting this, because I had started to lost hope for the average person. Thank you.

  • Freakin LOVE this! LOVE IT!

Military wife here. It's good to see a man know what we go through. I'm only 20 & it's not an easy life but it's a life I & so many others have chosen. Extremely proud of my husband & wouldn't have it any other way.

  • Felt like adding a bit of my experience to this, maybe for a good laugh for you. (:

Being a military wife, I respect all things military. I respect everyone who serves, have served, the fallen, the spouses & the families. But everything has an exception. I recently had to not only hide the post from my facebook news feed but go as far to DELETE this military wife I know off of my facebook and block her eventually because I couldn't stand it anymore. Our husbands are in the same battalion.

  • Obviously, we miss them. But she would make me want to slam my head onto my keyboard. Morning status: He called! yayayay Afternoon: I miss him so much. Night: I hope he calls Morning: No call :( STFU. Starts messaging me... have you heard from you're husband? Has he talked to my husband? Can you tell him to tell my husband to call me? No. Grow a pair. And to add onto my frustration - I know she loves her husband. But once they got married, his money is non-existent because she spends it all.

  • If you want to go on a shopping spree every 5 minutes, have some respect for the people defending our country and go marry an old rich guy. Make sure you get someone who is 80/90+ and get his will drawn up again. That way, you can have what you actually want: Money.

    Rant over (:

    Thanks for posting. lol

  • As the girlfriend of a deployed marine i want to say thank you. Everything you said was spot on! Especially the part about trying to control ourselves and not write "he's been gone a week. shut up!" From the bottom of my heart.. Thank you.

  • This video is awesome! My husband was in the Marines and I had people questioning what it was like being a military spouse. Thanks for posting this, you totally get it!!

  • Everything you said was right on! My husband is a marine, we just got married this last july (2010) and he left 4 months later for Afghanistan.

Its been 2 months since he left and you're right its not an easy life! But it is worth it :) and I am proud to say that my husband is one of the heros that fights for our country to make sure we can stay free and safe. Thank you for making this video :)

  • um wow; i freakin love you! hah awesome video (:

    <3

  • WOW! I don't think people realizes how hard it is to be a military wife. Everything you say is true, so thanks for honoring us!

  • You do such a great job honoring these woman! Your mother must be so proud! I know I was very impressed with you.

  • this video made me smile (:

  • yay to youtube for being a giant douche and muting the sucker.

  • I love this video, it made me smile! =) You know exactly what we go through!

My hubby and I are going through our first deployment and it is hard, he has been gone for eight months so far. I am counting down until he is home in my arms again! <3

A friend of mine tried to relate and say, "My hubby is gonna be gone for a whole three weeks." I thought to myself, "I really want to punch you right now...count to ten, deep breathe."

Thank you for creating this video! It really was a 'pick me up.'

  • <3 <3 <3 <3 IT!!!! :)

  • A friend of mine showed me this on facebook. I love it. You are so right. Its annoying when people complain all the time. Theres no reason to be negative. When my husband joined it was a whole year till I saw him again. And than since than I have only seen him 4 months and he will be leaving again for another deployment. Its not fun but its the way it is. What can you do and he wants to do 20 years lol. Hes my high school sweetheart and I'll love him forever. I wouldn't change a thing about him

  • I love this video, my boyfriend is going into the air force soon, he's filling out the paper work now. I know it is going to be a rough road but I'll be behind him every step of the way supporting him.

  • This is completely amazing :)

Many people don't understand the frustrations military girlfriends/wives/etc face. I love my marine so much, we're going through our second deployment right now, and many of my friends try to "sympathize" with me because they only get to see their bf once a week. I'm just like "hello?!?!? I would give up everything I have just to actually have him here with me for an hour"

Thank you again for making this video. You rock :)

  • @cheerinchick2009 I know how you feel, in a way. My boyfriend still has 30 days before he can come home from MCRD. And all my friends pout to me about how they cant be witha guy they want everyday. Please! The only ones who know what you go through are the ones who go through it too. And I know im not quite there yet, but every girlfriend of a soon to be military personnel has a choice, to leave cause he wont be there or to stay til the end. And im staying! No Ones Stronger Than The Silent Ranks!

  • Thanks so much for making this! There definitely needs to be more people like you in this world. People have no idea what us women go thru being with a military man. SO thank you :]]]

  • I love this video, thank you so much for posting it! I think I have watched it pretty much every night lol. My airman is deployed right now and it's not easy at all. Thank you so much- you completely understand what us women have to go through but it's all for love so it is all completely worth it. Thank you, your video put a smile on my face :)

  • My husband just went to basic training a few days ago. =/

  • IT'S GOOD AND FEELS AWESOME TO KNOW, SEE, AND HEAR THAT US MILITARY WIVES, FIANCES, AND GIRLFRIENDS ARE APPRICIATED!!

GOT MARRIED AT 18 YEARS YOUNG TO MY SOLDIER AND ARE NOW 20 AND JUST GAVE BITH TO YOU FIRST CHILD (GIRL) AND MY HUSBAND IS SOON DEPLOYING FOR THE FIRST TIME TO AFGHANISTAN!!!

  • There's not much I can say that hasn't been said by the many wonderful ladies posting before me.

Thank you for realizing that women like us do exist, and for the support! I love my army soldier. <3

    This video truly is awesome!

  • Rhandi from MilitaryIssuedL0ve posted this on our board and honestly, Thank you! It's not often that people do/say things like this about SO's of the military. I got married a little over a year ago and am so thankful to have my hubby asleep next to me right now. He returned from deployment 1 month ago, and I would do it all over again just because I Love him.

Thanks for explaining to the world everything we WANT to say but wont, and realizing we ARE out there. <3

  • this just made my day i am so proud of my army man i love him more then anything& i support him 100%. it is a heart wrenching experience to see him go but i know he will be back in my arms && that is what i look forward to. i will be with him until the end no matter what because i know he chose to wear the uniform but i chose to be with him, he is my ultimate hero! so thanks a lot of making this video for all of us military wife's, fiancee's & GF's its nice that someone gets to see our side.

  • The audio has been disabled on this video, so I provided the link to the video on my Facebook account. You can watch it there with audio :) It's open to everybody on Facebook, so you don't have to add me as a friend to watch it. Feel free to comment on it as well. I also provided the link to the video on the Vimeo website.

  • @Jovan14606 I watched it on fb and wanted to comment it but i cant cause your not my fb friend so i sent you a request

i love that video!!! i even downloaded it but can you tell me how the song is called in the middle and end of your video i cant remember it

your videos are all amazing, i never could understand why my man (us soldier just got deployed to AFG) is so obsessed by your videos and others now i know most of them really tell the truth and they are just freakin entertaining ;) thank you

  • You have this song in my head now! I'm Rhandi and I'm married to a US soldier. At just 21 years old, we married and have been through hell and back. But we made it out. Since then, I've created a message board for military families, SOs and supporters to get support and I will be sharing this video to lift the spirits of the women who don't always realize their worth! I will also be finding YOU on FB :) Thanks for this. It's amazing.

  • Army girlfriend; I really needed this. Made my day. :)

    you're so right!! haha

Just today some girl was saying how she misses her 'hubby' cause she hasn't seen him in two days.

I wanted to knock that fool out!!

It definitely gets tough, sometimes. But I rather miss him for a few months out of the year than to miss him forever. There's not a damn thing that will make me believe otherwise.

I am so thankful to get to say, "Yea....my boyfriend is in the Army."

    You're just awesome!!

  • It's a really tough life. Air Force wife here. I sacraficed my family my career and everything I knew to fallow my love here to England. He's currently in Afghanistan on his 7th deployment. Something I do to help with the seperation is I make vlogs.. for him and for our family. They're plain and boring but he loves them and I would do anything just to make him smile for 5 minutes out of the day. I really appreciate this video. I know all military spouces do.. it's very passionate and ture. Thanx

  • I am a Marines fiancee and i absolutely love your video! Oorah!

  • I love this My man is Currently in Afghanistan Serving! I love this cause what you say is so true and I will stand by him with everything I have and I will follow him anywhere and everywhere! Thanks for the Video it is Awesome!!

  • Thank you for the props~ I not only have my man serving his country, but my son is also serving. They both were in the Middle East at the same time. In Nov my man came home, my son is still there. Hard life, but I wouldn't change it. It takes a great person to serve his/her country and it takes a great person to support her/his spouse!

  • Awesome video! I will have to show it to my husband who is an Army Soldier.

    You rock <3

  • just curious...why were you discharged?

  • Thank you so much for this video. Its nice to know that other people notice what we do. Ive been a proud Army wife since 18. Its hard but worth it every bit. Months of training and schools apart and two deployments later we are still going strong. We've even added a little Army brat. : ]

  • This video made me feel so much better;

my husband is in Basic Training right now for the Air Force...

This whole time I've been feeling like I'm just weak when I get upset that he's gone because it's hard,

but this helped me to look at myself a different way.

I would go anywhere and do anything for my husband.

He has my heart completely and since he left it has only made my feelings for him grow more and more everyday!

    Thankkkkkkyou, for this video!

It means a lot to a military wife!

  • Thank you so much for recognizing us! It means so much. My boyfriend is a Marine, and we're going through our 2nd deployment. It's deff hard, but it's always worth it! Thank you for this...it made my night

  • OMG!! you rock dude. You are amazing and sooo true. This means so much to me, my fiance is a Marine and you could not have said it any better than what you did. I love you and dont even know you. haha, You deserve a BIG hug from all of us Military girlfriends, fiances, and wives!!

  • Thank you so much for saying the things that I have a hard time explaining!!

You have no idea how much this means to me, especially me being a Marine Wife!

  • I thank you for the heartfelt speech. Not many are brave enough to say what you said. I have been married to my soldier for almost 8 years and he was injured in Iraq and is not an injured veteran..he struggles everyday and I stand beside him and continue to fight for him, the kids and us! I love him with all of my heart...injured or not, he is the best thing that happened to me and for that I will 'follow him"

  • you're amazing :) it's wonderful that you're recognizing the strength and courage it takes to be in a military relationship. My boyfriend is a 4th class cadet at the Air Force Academy, and I only get to see him a few times a year. Though I know it's only going to get worse after he graduates, those few times are so worth it. Thanks again, you definitely made me smile :)

  • 7:02 just happened to me today...another 6mos...yeeaahhh...feelin some type of way....oh wait...let me grab the thesaurus...feeling............like crap lol. srry just had to vent...

  • con'd...

You did open my eyes to something though. You gave me something to be more greatful for. You showed me that even though it sucks to be second to the military, it would suck more if I came second to a game or to another woman. I, along with thousands of other significant others, come second to something that we should be proud of and to something that is attempting to make the world a better place.

Thank you for the video and for the insight. :)

  • Thanks for this! It is so nice to see that the silent ranks get some recognition. It is very hard to have my man in the military, even though he isn't deployed or anything, it is still hard. LDR's are HARD work and not only are we in a LDR, but we are in a military LDR. I do get very irriatated when I see people saying 'OMG, I haven't seen my boyfriend in x amount of hours/days." "I miss my boyfriend (of two days)." but it's a price I have 'volunteered' to pay.

    con't...

  • i love this! i am a marines girlfriend. its rough. everything said is true about most military couples.

    thank you!

  • I loved this video! I have been married to my soldier for 5 years and he just reenlisted for another 5 years! Everything you said holds true for most spouses weather they are men or women! We treasure what we have becuase we do not always have it! Thankyou for being one of the few people to step and make a statement like this!

  • thank you

  • Ok....I don't know the numbers, but I do know the divorce rate is pretty high in the military. It is very hard on relationships from either side - but there are a lot of military spouses who endure all of the hardships that come with being a part of the military community. The one thing you totally missed on is that since there are females in the military - there are a fair number of male spouses who also support their soldiers too!!!

  • I'm an Army wife and I loved this "rant" of yours! If that's what it's called. Anyway, seriously I get so tired of hearing other women/girls whine and complain about their men especially when they don't see them for a few days or a week. I say "i miss my man" and it's been 4 months or 6 months and they come back "yeah I REALLY miss mine" and he's been gone like 3 days!!! ARgh!!! Seriously girls you're not going through 1/8 of what we're going through so shut your cake holes!! lol :)

  • My Husband and I have been married for 5 months...he ha been with the ANG since Nov. '09 and volunteered to go to Iraq where he is currently deployed. We found out 2 weeks after he deployed that we are expecting. I love my Husband and support him with the very core of who I am. And yes I wish he could be home with me especially now. But, I am SO very proud of my man and wouldn't change a damn thing about him. Anyways. thank you for raising some awareness on our behalf.

  • Thank You for your energy and "fun" shout out to US! Military spouses! I Love being an Army wife and while I hate that my hubby has to take 12 month business trips (AKA deployments), I wouldn't trade this life! He is doing what he loves, and that means a lot to me. And it is an honor to be surrounded by such amazing women who have so much heart! Thanks for shining a light on these amazing ladies! Blessings :)

  • Awesome! I agree with everybody else's comments! Currently my husband is overseas and I must admit IT SUCKS.. But I love him sooo much.. Being in his arms at the end of all of this will make it all worth it. Thank you for posting a video like this.. So many people seem to act like it's not even a big deal that we don't get to see our loved ones for like a year at a time.. & I'm so sick of seeing the little girls complain on FB about their superficial drama relationships. This video is SO TRUE...

  • thank you for posting this...made my night...was feeling down...I'm not anymore =) reminded me how much I love my man...

  • AWESOME!!!! Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! I am a PROUD Army Wife to my husband who is currently serving overseas. Thank you for your video!!! And for understanding what it takes.

  • Just have to say thank for this...everything that you said on here it what ive been wanting to scream to everyone over and over again but ive never been able to do it.my husband is a soldier and he is my life and i love him more now through this deployment then i ever imagined.no one can ever understand the sacrafice these men and women make but theyre families suffer right along with them.i put this on facebook and it lit up like wild fire:) thanks again!

Proud Army Wife of Spc Noehl

  • 3 dickholes disliked this

  • I love your video! I'm only a girlfriend of a Navy Man, but the love is there reguardless. Thank you so much for showing the harsher side to being involved with a military man.

  • I have to say that this is my all time favorite video, I loved watching it and can watch it over and over. This video touched my heart and being with my boyfriend of two years and he's in the marines, made my heart melt when i watched this and i broke down at times of watching this and did laugh and some remarks he said because all he said is all true.

  • Awesome video!! I am a marine girlfriend and I'll stand by him no matter what. It's good to know people appreciate us also. :)

  • Thank you so much for your thoughts. I have been married 7 years and my husband has been gone 4 1/2 of them combined. we have a son who always asks for daddy cause hes 3 now and has only been with him combined a year. We now have a R&R baby on the way. My husband is my hero I have followed him to 4 states far from home and my heart has followed to 3 different countries for 3 deployments. My vows were forever and I took them knowing the quiting was not a option, i dont quit. thank you, ur great.

  • Thank you so much for the recognition! I love that you get 'us'!!! You have perfectly portrayed the military wife/girlfriend life. You are amazing! THanks again, from a proud Army wife whose husband is currently in the Ghan.

  • Thank you for this! It's all so true! My husband is in Afghanistan right now and I'm home with our two little boys, and it means a lot to know that there are people that realize how things really work! :)

    Just Another Military Wife

We keep each other positive and try to make this deployment easier on all of us. Its nice to have people that understand! I shared your video with all of the women I consider great friends now and I know they will love it. Thank you so much!

  • Your a cool guy!!! My boyfriend is in the Marine's and your right it is a hard thing to be in a relationship with someone in the military. Thank you so much for knowing how hard it can be without my boyfriend. Just Thank You for speaking your mind!! It really made me smile!!

  • You totally turned my frown upside down. :) My husband (Marine) and I are moving to Okinawa this May, We are both from Cali and were lucky enough to get stationed in cali so we are both pretty scared about going over there, but a;lso excited to experience a whole new culture. I loved this video and it is soooooo true!

  • I'm an Army wife. Love your vid.

My husband has missed our 17 month old sons past 2 Christmas's. Has deployed twice in the past 3 years. And has gave his all, worked his ass off, so others don't have to. I do get sick and tired of seeing those wives/GF's bitch and complain that their mans been gone a week when they have no idea what it feels like to get a knock at the door and not know if it's telling you if your man is dead or not.

  • I just wanted to leave a comment to thank you for your shout out. I saw the link to your video on a support page. I am a Navy Wife and darn proud of it. Although my husband is still new to the Navy and has not yet deployed, I have already gotten a taste of how separation just makes our love grow. He went to boot camp this past march when our son was 18 months old and it was hard to try to explain to our son why daddy was gone. But, I wouldn't have it any other way. I'd do anything for my Hero.

  • You're awesome! Thank you so much for making this video! I absolutely love it! I'm a proud marine's girl and my marine and I are going through our first deployment together. It has proven to be tough, but I know this is just another obstacle he and I can overcome together and in the end it will only make us stronger. Watching this video totally MADE MY DAY! :) I can't wait to see my marine! <3

  • ::long distance high five:: This video is awesome! You've literally taken the words right out of my mouth! My fiancée is a combat engineer with 502, and has been in Afghanistan for the past 7 months. (Good news is he comes home for his mid-tour leave next week!) This has been anything but easy. However, your words of appreciation mean the world to me. You are so dead on about absolutely everything! (Your impersonation of an army wife online..was me last week!) Anyways, thank you for this video!

  • Wow I'm glad I watched this. I am guilty I must say. When me and my husband be going through things and things was getting hard. I was giving up. I didn't want to be the army wife, but I'm glad that I didn't go. We got in here together and we made that promise to always be togther. If things ge hard we should struggle together. He was stressing alot to. Deployment, not being here again for his son 2nd b-day,financial problems etc. I love my husban. I will be by his side. Every way....

  • @ChervonyFarted14606--

I am not sure where you obtained your "statistics" but there was just a press release that announced the divorce rate in the military as 3.6%....now I am not a Mathematician, but I think that makes you WAY off ....maybe you should do a little research before you post.....at least be able to back up your argument, because now you just look like a scorned man

  • thank you so muchh for this video, It really got to me. (: i'am a marine fiance and i just want to say thank you for noticing what we go thru everyday. it really does get hard but i wouldnt have any other way, i love my marine to death & would do anything for him.

  • OMG this video is awesome! Im a army GF my BF is currently serving in afgahnistan he is in for about 7 years now, this it is his 3rd deployment (my 1st), he misses out on everything every other year... He told me how hard it was to find a woman who is willing to deal with the military... It is hard but with true love everything is possible.

I love him so much and I cant wait to see him again in 4-5 month :D

  • A true military spouse like my Wife. I'm not talking about the other spouses who cheat on their husbands while they're deployed. I'm talking about the real military spouses who hold everything down while we are gone do exist. I am thankful everyday I am married to a true military spouse. In my opinion she deserves my medals more than I do.

  • Awesome video! I like how you included girlfriends... most people don't look at "us military girlfriends" as anything important.. I live the same life as a military wife, we just aren't married! I'll do anything for my soldier and he knows that! Your too awesome, video made me smile & laugh! THANK YOU! (:

  • thank you im a navy wife and my husband and i have been together for five years now and he has been in for a year now he has missed so much two christmases but the most important one was the brith of or son he is 4 1/2 months old now but hopefully he gets to come home soon and meet his son for the frist time
