I have Red Steel and have beaten it, and I can tell you, what was shown, is not even in the game... I don't recall seeing any of that. Also, I have No More Heroes as well and that deserves to be included... easily on of the best third party games for the Wii. I recommend each and every Wii owner to play, if not, own this game. :)

i own Metroid 3 since it is the only game for Wii that actually looks ok. But id still rather a more mature game. like Gears of War or MGS (own both of them too). Wii is making more kiddie games then mature games it makes sense since its a kids console but for the ppl who wanted to play mature games with its unique controls the Wii is letting these ppl down. Madworld looks ok but im not into fighting games. Shooters, racing, PoP or God Of War type, n RPG are what i like but there are almost none

The good thing about nintendo.. is that you can have 10 good games and the rest crappy, but those 10 will last years and years, while in other consoles, you might have 40-50 or even 100 awesoem games, but once you played it once or twice and beat the game, there is nothing much to do with it

@hargybargy: that's true but there are just some games that work better with the old button-pushing control scheme. The best Wii games are the ones that don't involve copious amounts of controller waggling, because that's just annoying and it gets in the way. Sometimes a button press is a lot better than a shake of the remote.

Also, being a wii owner and a nintendo fan I bought the Wii thinking good games would be pouring out. I realise that nintendo was so impressed with themselves at the creation of the "Wiimote" that they completely slacked off on game design. What I am now stuck with is a good looking, well-designed system with no good games. Twilight princess is awesome, but almost everything else is just minigames.

I have heard of those and that they are good, and i'm seriously considering mario galaxy. Also, i'm getting Geometry Wars Galaxies because i've played it and loved it. But I think it's high time for nintendo to design a new character for us to fuss over. Playstation had too many new characters for a while there, and nintendo doesn't have enough, in my opinion.

for red steel, everyone should know the game is nothing like this. it's a good game, but theres a lot of changes. focus mode is different, the graphics are WAY different, and sword fights may be fun, but they feel cumbersome. when you have gun full of ammo and for some reason you take out a sword, it really doesnt make sense

Well you had 2 one there that actually are great cant count metroid and smash bros becuase they are not out yet and red steel sucked i played it and beat it was short easy and AI sucked zelda only had great storyline dungeons were so easy it was laughable and so were the bosses.
