The girl beside Seohyun is Hwanhee , a trainee who didn't end up in the same group as Seohyun . Seohyun and Hwanhee were best friends till hey find out that Hwanhee didn't get into the same group as Seohyun . Hwanhee didn't become in a group but she is now being an actress.

@NanohaRulez I believe so , I think she is still under SM . She is now training to be an actress . But honestly she has a good voice , i dun get why she wasn't chosen

Hwanhee and Seohyun wanted to go in to SNSD together . But Hwanhee didn't make it .So their relationship broke as the distance parts .When they did a showcase , They were both confident they will get in TOGETHER . But Only Seohyun got it .

Hwanhee is now training as a part-time actress . I think she is still training , she at this video is about 12 , right now , she should be around the same age as Seohyun maybe around 21 .

aww I remember that girl! Seohyun talked about her recently somehwere- saw it on allkpop. I think her name was Hawnhee (I think). Apparently, they trained together but HH didn't get picked in the end :( they must've been close cuz SH started tearing up when she talked bout her.

Apparently she's an actress now or something?

It was kinda sad :'(
