Weight loss isn't all butterflies and rainbows (in fact it's quite the opposite lol) and anyone who pretends that it's otherwise is lying not only to others, but to themselves. Being real allows people to relate to me, and that's what I love the most about this. A REAL support system of REAL people trying to achieve the same goal :)
