Wow..she is going to do SERIOUS damage to her vocal cords if she continues to sing like that. By the time she is 25, she wont be able to speak. Her lower notes are fine, but She's screaming some of the high notes, when her voice cracks it's because her vocal cords are way too stressed. Not being trying to be mean, just can't believe anyone with voice training would allow her to sing like that.

Is it just me or is the song a little slow? Isn't it supposed to be more upbeat?

I think the girl has an amazing voice, no doubt about that. Before I continue, this comment isn't meant to be mean, I'm just throwing my opinion out there.

I thought the belting was a little excessive, especially at the beginning. Also, I wasn't a fan of the acting either, I just thought it was a little over done. But she has a spectacular voice.

my school is doing COE this year as the musical, it's great fun. I'm playing Noah and we're doing a similar thing with sets, made up of several blocks, a bit bigger though I think.

In the beginning the soloist was good. Then she belted an easy and pointless note for like 5 minutes which killed everything from then on. There was only screaming the end, no singing. Though the soloist has a great projection voice she completely overdid the whole song making the whole thing overall terrible.

i like the fact that she made the song kind of a comical but the ending all it sounds like is screaming, its sounds like complete screaming,

there's no singing voice to it.

but you can tell she definitely has a big voice, vibrato is a kind of a machine gun vibrato as well.

I think this is the best "Ain't it Good" on Youtube. It has the most soul and it actually sounds like gospel music (unlike a lot of the other dissapointing versions). She has some soul in her voice and it really makes the song pop. Plus she has a high belt so she kills some of those high notes.

Sure thing. I love Gabriella, and I think it's so amazing that she's only 16, completely undiscovered by, like, Broadway and such, and has all that talent. The Hour of Darkness is my very favorite part of this show (and me and Erin Snodgrass were always sitting in the tunnel crying while watching it) so I literally hyperventilated when I saw it here!!
