Yes, a women does have free will over her body, a woman chooses to have sex. However, a woman does not have the right to kill another human being.

Here are the options a free woman has:

1) Don't have sex

2) If you have sex, use contraception

3) If you have sex and get pregnant, give the child up for adoption.

Your argument only holds up if the woman did not CHOOSE to have sex. Otherwise, her freedoms are still intact.
