It was supposed to be an anti war song from the Vietnam Era. This stupid commercial ruined it like so many other modern or past commercial rapes of the oginal intent of the songs. Nike's take on the Beatles's Revolution remains the first and worst offense of them.
@65CL i would just like to inform you the person who made this commercial knows about a song he hears, and i remember him talking about (im friends with him) how he had another song but this other person didn't like it and made him do this one. try being less harsh before knowing/thinking. that's one of the main reasons the world is ending
Oh, cool. Another advertising idea where there's a bunch of little people doing stuff inside something. I think I saw Woody Allen dressed as a sperm in one shot...tribute.
"game changing" I think that's the pre-rec, right?
pretty and i want the whole song, but does anybody know how to get it? I searched iTunes on "Juju Stulbach" and got nothing... I can't find it anywhere to download either... post a response please if u know... reminds me a bit of Cao Fang in their other commercial... : ) gamine mome

I give all mad props to CCR but the woman that covers this song, JuJu Stulbach, gives such a different perspective. I love it :)

This version of the song is so so so much better.

I so so so agree.

Did GE finally kill this commercial? The woman's breathy, asthmatic rendition of a great CCR song is pathetic.
