The Beyond is a monster. Salvation is a masterpiece. But Somewhere along the highway, which i listen to very carefully and intensively at that time, has only 2 highlights, finland and thirtyfour. the rest is weak to me (my opinion right now, maybe it's going to change some time). especially the calm songs an dim do not want to come in my ear.

what about the first album and the newest one? which of them should i buy next? highlights? which is better/worser?

Morpf, if u havnt really got in to "somehere along the highway" u should listen to "dark city, dead man" and again "dim". These two songs are so massive, really building up for the big crescendo. The highlight in Dim is after 7:35.

And imo you should by the eternal kingdom, ghost trail and mire deep is my favorites.

a moth is gone and i think somewhere alon the highway is great. but stil, back to chapel town and dim are not as good as cult of luna are used to be. dark city dead man is fucking great.

I actually feel Dim is the final climax of Somewhere Along The Highway, and Dark City, Dead Man is more of an outro-kinda song.

But that's just my preference. I love all their songs, though!
