Oh okay. Let me try to explain:

You have to download porgram for downloading videos from youtube on your pc (I use DVD Video Soft Free Studio). Then you have the video/clip on your pc. Then you have to download a movie-maker programm (you could use Windows Movie Maker, that's a good program for beginners.

Then you have to put the clip/video in windows movie mkaer & there you can create videos with yours clips =) At the end you have to save the video and load on youtube :)
