I can't figure out who is more insane. This "maverick" or the idiots that voted for him. Are Americans really that dumb? 100 year wars, more patriot acts, has no understanding of the economy, open borders, loss of sovereignty, and shows total disregard for the Constitution. I guess being a "war hero" jusifies treasonous behavior. Unbelievable...

McCain cannot speak more than 3 words without looking down to read them off a script.
It's also apparent he didn't write this stuff.
We need a president who can think on his feet - obviously not this guy.
BTW, Obama often uses teleprompters which is why you see him looking to the far sides all the time.
Of the top 6 candidates right now, only Romney and Edwards give an effective speech without notes, scripts or teleprompters.
