  • Hello, Angela. :-)

Thank you for watching and commenting on this video.

I kept smiling in the video to assure our relatives that we are okay.

I also have reason to be happy because we are still lucky our house was not totally destroyed as compared to the many people who lost everything in the typhoon.

Thanks again for viewing this, Angela. ;-)

  • you always look so awesome jason i

  • Hi Chinaeyes22, How are you guys doing now, is the situation getting any better? i saw your noY Tube T shirt, would you be selling those? I am on Toronto, i was in Manila in June and I am coming back in december no date set yet, i would like to buy one. let me know thanks

  • Hello, Balomega! A lot of people are interested in

buying a NoyTube T-Shirt. I still don't know how to

send the shirts overseas for a cheap price. But I

will let you know if I've figured out a way. :-)

  • find a friend/relative in some of the country where you have a lot of request and make a deal with him /her to act as a dealer, you send bunch of them and they can distribute from their country, will be cheaper for buyers of single Tshirt, thats just my suggestion it may or may not work for you, take care bro.

  • sorry guys, we have to blame on our leadership they are just too corrupted to spend money on proper city drainage systems, some if not most of the houses are not built to withstand any of natural disasters. sad to see these videos, i asks my self why???why??i still dont have any answer, is it God doing this to his own creatures? may be i shouldint have brought God in here. all we can do is to help one another.

  • Thank you so much for your sentiments, Balomega.

I guess there is nothing we can do but move on and learn from our mistakes.

We should also be responsible with our surroundings to avoid natural calamities like this.

  • yes its true, there is not much we can do but to minimize any contribution for our changing climate, for we are all guilty ,we should adapt and be prepared for more of disasters change our lifestyles in using non-biodegradables, too much energy consumption etc. and so much more to blame. for the damage we've done to our world, may not be solved in a snap of a finger or perhaps not in our lifetime... but we have to start and act now.hope we leave a much better world for our children's children

  • just wandering... did those sandbags even helped to stop the water from gushing in...then how did did the water came in... maybe from the drainage of the bathrooms or laundry room?

  • Hello, brak2004. Sorry for the late reply.

No. The sandbags only helped a little as small amounts of water were able to trickle through.

And you're right. Water entered through our bathrooms, laundry room and floor drains. :-(

Glad that your family and friends are safe. If that were to happen to me and my family ... crap ... I know material things are not everything but it will still totally suck.

him and his family na lang.

sana walang mashadong damage it took

I sent you a friend invite. Take care kapatid. :-)

  • I forgot to mention how ironic it is that in your Boracay video, you mention how thankful you were that you lived in a tropical country.

And now you say the same thing, but of course the meaning is just the opposite.

Keep your chin up. Stay safe, Jason.

  • Nga pala kuya sarap ng kain mo jan.. Ginutom tuloy ako!!

  • Hi kuya, I'm good. Ok na ba kayo jan? Grabe yung flood. Good luck with the cleaning kuya. Stay safe and strong, God bless.

  • this is nothing compared to the other parts of manila. but still its devastating to see your house like that.. i could imagine how hard it will be if it were to happen to us

  • Yes, I agree. There are far more devastated places in Metro manila compared to our vicinity in La Loma, Quezon City.

  • omg... Jason!

    this is unbelieveable!

I hope you and your family are safe... and the rain stopped!

    uff how annoying for you!

    think somehow positiv!

    greetings Becky

  • Hello, Becky! Me and my family are safe now.

I'm trying to see all this in a positive way.

Do you get heavy rains and floods in Germany too?

    Take care, Becky. X-D X-D X-D

  • hi jason i like the rest of your video also at anyway buti nalng hindi masyadong mataas ang baha sa inyo no kc sa marikina sobrang taas lagpas tao daw yata salamat sa pag apload mo ha at nakita ko ang baha kc wala akong tfc d2 sa u.s eh

  • Grabe yung karanasan mo, Jephone.

  • What can I say? The camera loves me. Hehehe. ;-)

I only uploaded this video to show our relatives abroad that we are okay.

There is no need to show all the destruction in the surroundings. They can see all that in CNN.

    Thanks for watching, kenshi67. X-D X-D X-D

  • hahaha. soon i will post my photo and video.... in my profile

  • I'll be waiting for your photo and video

    of typhoon Ondoy, Archael. ;-)

  • Great! Greetings from Cincinnati!

estero at ilog. Nabara tuloy ang daanan ng tubig.

May sala rin ang mga illegal loggers.

Pinaparusahan lang tayo ni Inang Kalikasan.

    Salamat sa panonood, Jason. :-)

    Thanks, littlejoms. :-)

  • Haha! ang cute!

  • Cute ba? Hehehe. Thanks. :-)

    Salamat sa panonood. X-D X-D X-D

  • Protecting our God-given environment to save our lives is also a form of prayer. Praying only with our mouth is not enough. We must act now to save God's beautiful creation and that is, our Mother Earth!

  • I agree, we should start protecting Mother earth. ;-)

  • this is funny

  • I'm glad I made you laugh, RT. Hehehe. :-)

Oh yeah! Si kuya Baha na Pacute pa! This is just nice... ohhh im so wet! This is freakin annoying! Wow USA ba to! hehehehe!OMG

  • Wow jason, pati pala sa bahay nyo baha! Sad to hear that! I'm pretty sure it's staring to swell up. Kaya pala sabi mo, busy ka for the past few days. Grabe pala baha satin. Thanks for posting this.

  • Sa binondo ermats ko. OK naman sila i heard.

Anyways, the good thing is you're safe and sound.

  • i feel sorry for what happened to some people who lost their loved ones..what a terrible tragedy..

  • We can only pray for those people and share to them what we have to ease their pain.

  • The video we posted documents the first ever hydro-powered vox. No driver needed. Haha. This car was washed up from 2 kilometers away. Thankfully, nobody was harmed.

  • Where's the video response you're talking about? I'm curious. :-)

  • Search "look what the flood washed up"

    :)

compared to some na hanggang bubong talaga...

    Thanks for watching, kabayan. X-D X-D X-D

Sa simbahan na lang dapat. Mabuti pa yun.

Daming kurakot kasi dito sa Pilipinas eh.

    Salamat sa panonood, kabayan. :-)

  • absolutely you are right there..dapat sa church talaga mag donate ang gustong mag donate at huwag sa kung sinong Poncio Pilato dahil tiyak hindi makakarating sa nangangailangan..

  • Tama ka diyan, connectorbabe. :-)

  • Hahaha! Pati din pari pala hindi na

    rin pwedeng pagkatiwalaan.

    Thanks for watching, EmjeyCity. ;-)

  • My gosh, Jason! I remember this sort of experience when I was younger. The water was up to my waist from what I remember. It was insane! Thanks for sharing this video. I think it's a very great documentary!

  • Hello, Kits!!! Thanks for dropping by. :-)

You got to walk in flood waters that was waist high?

Whoa!!! That's truly insane. Where did you grow up, may I ask?

I'm glad you liked the documentary.

    Take care, xcreativexsoulx!!! X-D X-D X-D

There is too much emission of gasses from factories.., Carbon Monoxide from cars.., chlorofluorocarbons, etc. damaging our atmosphere and the ozone layer. Basura, nakabara sa mga kanal at ilog... In the mountains, there is excessive cutting of trees that would hold water when it rains. Magkaisa sana tayo sa pag-alaga sa ating kalikasan!

  • Sang-ayaon ako sa 'yo, EmaJawJaw.

Kagagawan natin etong lahat.

  • thanks for the video. you have a beautiful home, even though you are facing natural disaster after math.. keep safe!

  • You're welcome, skameron831. It's my pleasure giving you a glimpse of the power of Typhoon Ondoy and the beauty of my home. :-)

Take care also, my friend. X-D X-D X-D

  • wow nice body =P

  • Hehehe! Thank you, Ershin08. :-)

That's one of the best comments I

    got in this video. X-D X-D X-D

  • eh! bakit nakingiti pah!

  • hey pare those sandbags are really working better than one would think. just the tabo to scoop up the leaks and the inside is dry.

  • Yeah, the sandbags are really effective.

    thanks for watching, tisoy909! :-)

I just wanted to show that despite the suffering, our family endured the horrible weather and chose to smile amidst the damages in property.

Thank you for watching, Jenzay11. :-)

  • so has the flooding subsided now? i have to give it to your familia, despite the flood, you still managed a feast! good luck with the cleaning. campaign more a cleaner and more drainage in Manila or the Philippines!

  • Yes, the flooding has subsided now...

We have a reason to feast because we are all safe and protected from the storm unlike other households.

We've hust about finished with the cleaning of the house today.

Thank you for watching, MissKikit! :-)

  • the weather SUCKS!!...the flood SUCKS!!

but man... the food looks great!!

storms are nature's ways...but most floods are "MAN MADE". this is what an almost 100 year old manila drainage system will do "HORRENDOUS FLOODING". manila has not upgraded it's decaying sewer and drainage systems to keep up with today's development. makati city's,high rise buildings is tied up an old decrepid sewer and drainage systems susceptible to flooding.

"FLOODING" in manila is caused by extreme "CORRUPTION"

  • I have to agree with you, GandangPuki.

We cannot fully blame typhoon Ondoy for the devastation.

It's man's wanton disregard for his surroundings that caused all this.

Mother nature is only getting back at us.

We should start changing our ways. :-(

  • Glad you and your family is safe. Material things can be replaced, but your family cannot. Take care Jason!!

  • Comment removed

  • I definitely agree with you, Ronzo. Material things can always be replaced but not family.

Thank you very much, my friend. :-)

  • thank you for sharing your video. The lumpia looks very delicious and made me hungry. I will pray for everyone there.

  • It's my pleasure uploading this video for you, Noemi. :-)

The lumpia looks good, but tastes even better.

I wish I could share this with you, my friend.

Thank you for your prayers. X-D X-D X-D

Anyway, thank you for commenting on my Typhoon Ondoy video, 80slovers80s. :-)

I sent you a friend invitation. I hope you ACCEPT my friendship. X-D X-D X-D

Thank you for watching, amleotsiv. :-)

  • still lucky my friend the water level in you area is safe thnks for the video

  • Yes, we are indeed lucky that the water level in our area wasn't that high.

You're very welcome, Ronnie. It is my pleasure

uploading this video for you. :-)

  • ou don't look too sad, about all this. Me I would cry like a baby if my room got overfloated, and ruined all my things. ):

well.. I am really sorry for all this.. I wish I was there with You all now. But I ain't and I can't,

  • I know I should be feeling sad. But there's nothing crying can do to fix the damages. The best we can do is to stay strong and move on with life.

Besides, I am thankful in some way because we are better off than those who lost their homes completely and even their loved ones.

Now that's a reason to smile about, don't you think?

Thank you for watching, FilipinaLuella. :-)

  • parang naka shabu yung reporter!!! alive na alive!!!

  • Sorry for the misery you're experiencing.

I wish your nightmare would be over soon.

It was so nice to see you and your family having dinner together.

  • The nightmare is over, Nonymous77.

And yes, it was great having dinner with my family

    amidst the raging storm. :-)

  • grabe talaga baha dyan nuh. Yup, you're right Chinaeyes ,may paparating na naman daw 2 bagyo, most probably it will hit by thursday...

  • Oo nga eh, GracyPink. My heart sank when I learned the news of the two upcoming typhoons. We haven't recovered completely from the last catastrophe. God help us all.
