@Smiffo100 unless it was a rallycross 6r4 used by Will Gollop and the like, which was, I think, a twin turbo 2.3 V6 producing around 650hp. 0-60 was around 2.5secs I see to remember. My favorite Gp B car for sure anyway! Bring back Group B!!!
Close but no cigar, the original prototype was a cut down V6 version of the Rover/Buick V8. The final engine was a 3 litre Austin Rover V64V, designed by ex-Cosworth employee David Wood was a 90 degree V6 with 4 valves per cylinder (hence V64V), with belt-driven twin-overhead camshafts per bank producing either 250bhp in 'Clubman' form or 380/410bhp in 'International' tune.
@CrazyNikfromVik- I know you're not the only one who is guilty of this, but why can't people watch the video before they ask "what's the music?" It SAYS right in the credits what music is. People do that all the time. And it's even worse on the videos that have the little box that pops up and says what music it is. I keep having to click it away like twice per video, while people in the comments are like "song please?". Maybe not everyone gets those?
This video made me really miss my wee metro, granted it wasn't a 6r4. It was an absolute hoot to drive!
