Do you know why Zoey's transformation will always be better? The music! The original has music that sounds very cliche in this genre. I like the popish vibe in all the dub versions. There really is no uncertainty to this debate for me. Yeah the actual dub was pretty bad but get over it people! If you don't like the dub, don't watch it. Obviously the dub was NOT made for you!

@MysteriousxLonexWolf 4kids is a dub for kids(the name)notice how they took out Ichigos (Zoeys) breast shadow and the below part shadow.They dub it for children and they cut out stuff To keep the kids awake! And they don't have Letuce's (Bridget's) transformation because it revealed to much of her body. And the reason they changed their names is to make it sound a little more normal.Ichigo isn't an American name so they changed it to Zoey(a little more normal to our standards)

I like both interpretations- both have their good points and bad points. It's silly to adore one and loathe the other.

I loved the dub when I was younger, so it'll always have a special place in my heart. I can't stand some of the screechy Japanese voice acting, and I prefer the dub's music.

But, I do think they should have translated it more faithfully. The original is definitely worth watching, even if only to see the show in its unedited form.

I don't mind edits to the transformations, attacks, catchphrases as much as the CRAZY editing of plot points, dialogue, ect. And didn't they make episode 12 into the premire for Mew Mew Power?

I actually don't mind the guitar on Zoey's transformation. I have a weakness for synthy upbeat guitar tracks, methinks. But..."Mew-tamorphosis" just sounds like a crappy pun to me. XD

I'm shocked they kept the electrocution in there AT ALL, with the way 4kids tends to edit attacks ;p

Yes, they did start the "first episode" with episode 12. And I think the beat of the music to the transformation in Mew Mew Power is catchy...especially Mint/Corina. Something about it is just so....catchy. ^^;

I know, it was just so...sad that they think we'll become terrified if we see something like that. I mean COME ON. It wasn't scary, it was pretty amusing that they'd do something like that. Since no one does that since like....the 50's with Looney Toons and stuff.
