Vegas and Vegas 2 already took the series down the road of Conviction (which I actually thought was a nice change of pace for SC, it didn't work as well in R6). The only tactics involved in Vegas 1+2 were the few occasions when you breached a room with hostages, other than that it had as much shooting and giant gunfights as a CoD game.

From what I witnessed, was a an actual scenario where a terrorist group invaded your home, held your wife and child captive, then strapped you up as a suicide bomb. Then it shows you get ambushed by Rainbows who use superior technology and tactics to prevent a terrorist attack. They eventually have no other choice, than throwing you off the bridge to save countless lives instead of just one.

Wow, this game will be excellent! Morally challenging yes, but this is what gaming needs! something that challenges you and tests your ability to shoot a fellow American. The idea of telling you the background of who youre dealing with is incredible. I had the idea myself a little back, but I'm not a large publisher. I love you Ubisoft, Rainbow is back.

It's a nice idea, extremely realistic. But what I'm worried about is the controversy it's gonna cause. As I'm sure most of you know, the reason why "The True Patriots" manifested themselves in this game is for reasons similar to the ones we are actually facing today. I just feel this will upset some people. But, we shall see how this game turns out. I personally think it looks amazing.

I love Fox News and everything (because I don't want to watch an anchor who gets thrills up his legs because Obama speaks), but they are the worst when it comes to proper coverage of video game-related topics. Mass Effect had rape? Yeah OK. At any rate, these game devs will get attacked for doing what others won't: addressing a serious issue.

@GuiltyTrace addressing this issue in a serious way is different then letting you play as a terrorist murdering innocent people in the same way that saying racism is bad is different from making a game called "Slaveowner". This game is, for all intents and purposes, pro terrorism. If it were to discuss this in a mature way it would not glorify it, it would denounce it.

JESUS CHRIST! Amazing writing, the scenarios are great: strap bomb to self get to time square or family gets killed. Take out NYPD to avoid suicide explosion, thrown suicide bomber off bridge to save other civilians. Just wow.
