With TAS, you don't need any reflexes or whatever good player's qualities.

You aren't going faster, but you can be more precise. You can play in slow-motion, even in frame advance, and you can use save states.

You could also save about .6 overall if you stuck to the ground at the 1st set of stairs after the 2 MTs :D

The strat you told me for the first stairs, just after the wavy part, is slower. (+0.05)

The strat for the second stairs is faster. (-0.2 or 0.3, I think).

I used it in this TAS.

I tested it one more time, and you really loose 0.048 (exactly oO 3 tests in differents runs, and 3 times 0.048)

I mesured after the first turn, so slipdrifting doesn't save time.

@LnZ96 Both of those have low risk. For the first ramp low trick you need a perfect wheelie alignment and perfect timing. If you fail, the run is ruined, unlike the other two, which aren't hard to do anyway...

Stair dive is easy.

People can't be assed to do this, because of the walls getting in the way, and the course is too long to do all of the lowjump strats then fuck up on lap 3, so people don't do it.
