  • Found

    Rescuing

    Dodges

  • Oh im pretty sure it was straight, I think it was the angle of the camera that might have made it look that way.

  • You didnt even put the right stack on straight. Its leaning

  • Fummins

    Owns

    Regular

    Dodges

  • 5" stacks?

  • should have spread them further apart....they look kinda stupid that close together.

  • the truck sounds nice as hell.

  • Cummins belong in dodge not ford.

  • @dewmellon It's the ONLY thing Dodge has going for them...

  • sounds like a 12v?

  • WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOO awesommmmeeeeee

  • spread the stacks

  • smoke signals with that thing, go cummins!

  • I kinda like the stacks close together like that, it makes it look unique. Although this truck is fairly unique already. Sounds and looks great!

  • @countryboy6030 first of all i own cummins second of all you cant talk about my engines without writen and approved consent from me personally third of all those stacks make gay things look not gay and last countryboy6030 makes those stacks look straight

  • @PIMPONTHESTREET Um you are talking to the wrong person here and I dont need your consent to talk about engines on here

  • the fummins?

  • HAHA

  • Easy there buddy, chill down a bit. No reason to call anyone that just because of what brand he likes.

  • i love fords ..........but cummins is the only diesel motor to drive ..so u have made the best truck out there

  • I LOVE the sound of the Cummins. That truck is a work of art. Beautiful.

  • looks good

  • nice truck and stacks

  • Where'd u get them stacks and how much were they? Awesome!

  • IT looks pretty bad ass with em close like that. Changin it up

  • way too close

  • That is a single exhaust with two tail pipes.

  • i think thats how they all r

  • its a cummis it only has 1 manifold true duels would be imposible

  • unless it had 2 turbos

  • how much did it cost to do this?

  • too bad there not black

  • to close together 4 me but thats y it ant my truck

  • now thats a ford :)

  • only cuase its got a cummins

  • nice

  • haha man thats awsome i put my stacks in the same spot i thought i was the only one lol what made you put them there?

  • Man that thing is cool as shit i wish i had that

  • holy fuck!

thats sweet man. a cummins in a ford, best truck ever.

  • personally for me i would have put the stacks on the far sides instead of the middle like that but they still look good i give props for being diff and still pulling it off jsut not prefference anyway sick 1st gen keep up the good work check out my brothers truck lemme know what you think!!!

  • wow...

  • I like it, usually dont see em like that, looks good

  • Thats fuckin sick man, props on the nice job.

  • Nice truck and nice stacks (as should be obvious) What all'd it cost to put that beast together. In reference to the strait six in the Ford and other mods. I know it's an awfully late comment for the question but just curious

  • Its been changed so much I have no clue how much I have in it. If I was Guessing, Probably $12000 Not including any Labor.

  • Nice. Did you do much of the labor or did you have someone esle do the installations? I

  • I done it, In fact its what I do for a living

  • nice truck what i would do for sure but ,you are going to regret the big holes in the bed someday

  • I have several welders so i can fix the hole If I ever think it needs it.

  • what year is the motor

  • its a 1997

  • Thats just gay...

  • What is?

  • boy that sure sounded like a cummins is that why it says new stacks on the

    fummins?

  • Sounds like a common rail too.

  • this truck sounds like a Common Rail?

  • @jpg8402 that is a 12 valve i believe

  • because the truck is a ford

  • Thats a sweet set up! one of a kind

  • I love this truck!

  • thats actually a real nice look. the stacks closer to the center like that. nice truck!

  • what if it snows or rains then it gets in your exhauste i always wonders or does it have like a stopper

  • rockinSPperformance, i used to be all for the wider-stance stacks on this year, after seeing yours i love em

  • ya... i would have put them out about 8 inches farther out

  • nice truck, looks great, but why did you put them so close together?

  • Thank you

  • yo how do you mount stacks?

  • Very Carefully lol They are bolted to the bed.

  • What stops water getting in if its parked in the rain at shops or similar?

  • Dont get much rain here and if its rainin its sittin in the shop.

  • Nothing, you put buckets over them if it's going to rain and it's parked outside.

  • put like a bucket over it or get donkey ear stacks

  • you dont really need to stop water from going in thats why you have a drain valve if water does get in it...it wont make it to the engine so theres nothing to worry about

  • ha, i was actually gonna ask that until i scrolled down...

  • do you have to do it manually

  • put the drain valve? you may have to but im sure you can buy a piece of pipe with it in there already

  • Thats awesome bro! Can ya make some more vids plz? Like cold starts and pass vids. More track vids would be great too! Thanks for sharing your truck!

  • sounds real good

  • it always does that on dual exhaust cars and trucks, it comes out the left before the right because the exhaust that comes from the engine goes to the straightest and nearest exit

  • sweet truck whys smoke come out the left stack just before the right

  • Your have been invited to.

    Horsepower Profiles. Com

  • wannabe truck driver haha hey nice truck

  • should have hid the bottom, and got longer stacks, i like it though man!

  • id rather be cummin than strokin'

but that is a nice truck

    (dodge 3500 owner)

  • You don't know what a cummins sounds like being a dodge owner lol?? That ford has a twelve valve in it. lol I'd rather be cummin than strokin what a douche.

  • I want that!!!!!

  • sweet truck how long did it take you to build

  • that thing is Sick!

  • man that looks awsome! i like how there closer together but not to close. good job!!!

  • tell him that, haha, but this is a real awesome truck with a Cummins swap engine in it.

  • I lik tose stacks, i would have put them farther apart, but thats me lol.

you did a good job :)

  • RockinSPerformance,I've decided to get that F-250 with no engine, because i want to do this conversion.

  • are those 5in stacks?

  • yes

  • Im a dodge guy and its still great.

  • fords suck (F)ix (O)r (R)epair (D)aily thats what they stand for

  • what do you like???????

  • Actually, ford stands for Flip Over and Read Directions.

  • Actully it stands for Fu#k#r Out Runs Dodges

  • found on road dead (ford)

  • First On Race Day (ford)

  • d in dodge stards for Donminates

  • hell yea man fords r the best i love fords all the way

  • hey, what year is that truck? 1979 was the last year of this bodystyle truck. Must have a 5.9-liter Cummins 6BT 12-valve in it?

  • that is cool. i like it.

  • RockinSPerformance, instead of that F-250 with no engine.I've decided to do my conversion a '94 chevy 3/4 ton extended cab.

It has a 6.5L Diesel in it right now, which will be replaced with a '97 12-valve 5.9L cummins.Sorry about the inconvenience.

  • there u go ford man

  • there will always be more air than fuel in the combustion chamber, the "proper" mix for a gas engine i think is like 15 parts air to 1 part fuel

  • you have it backwards, a rich air-fuel mix means more fuel supposed to be, thus you get black smoke, all black smoke is, is just unburnt diesel coming out the exhaust, white smoke would be bad because that means you are burning your rings with blowby

  • how does the smoke turn black?

  • The truck is running lean, more air than fuel...thus it puts out black smoke.

When it has white smoke it is running rich meaning more fuel than air.

  • im not saying youre wrong but im just asking, if what youre saying is true then why if you turn the fuel screw or turn up the fuel with chips and stuff it smokes more black smoke. i know white smoke is unburnt fuel its common sence. but i found a hi flow air intake makes less black smoke and a dirty air filter makes more. i guess if you do hi performance mods and your smoke starts turning white you need to upgrade your air flow with intakes and stuff... right?

  • more fuel than air black smoke = unburnt fuel. heavy white smoke usually means your burning coolant which is really bad

  • wait is that a ford with a cummins? badass dude..badass

  • That sounds sick man. Nice truck...

  • nice truck...looks good

  • twin stacks on the fummins huh?

  • How much did the motor cost?

  • wow what a wonderful powder striker!!

  • dude, what year is this truck, and what year was the engine off of? Anyways, keep up the good work on the truck including the stacks. Love the fummins though, ha ha

  • ill buy it from ya

  • LOL you and a bunch of other people

  • oh well i have too many now anyway. seriously nice truck man

  • Are you sure it's a 1979?

  • Am I sure the truck is a 79?

  • yes, that's what i was wanting to know.

  • LOL Yes im pretty sure

  • i understand the truck was originally gasoline before it had the cummins put in it.

If you remember, tell me what gas engine was in there before the cummins.

  • Well I built this truck from scratch but If i would guess the Frame had either a 351M or 400M in it. The engine I had in first was a 429.

  • I found a '95 Ford F-250 extended cab 4x4 that currently has no engine in it right now.

It was originally a 351 Windsor.A '97 12 valve cummins would be a great motor to use.

I want my other truck to be a '97 F-350 CrewCab.

  • what does the "M" stand for on the 351M.

I know that the 351 with the "C" stands for Cleveland, and the "W" stands for Windsor.

I used know what the name of the 351M was.

Can you tell me the name of it

  • M=Modified

  • The 351 modified was basically a smaller displacement 400 block.

  • RockinSPerformance,I've seen your truck on the diesel garage, webshots, and youtube.

first, it had a 93 cummins in it the first time and it got upgraded to a '97 12 valve with the ford ZF 5-speed transmission adapter plate on the back of it.There are Cummins adapter plate for chevy and ford.

    Oh,by the way.Cummins all the way,bro.

  • You are right it started with a 93/rotory pump and a ZF5 speed, It is now a 97/215 pump with a 4R100 Ford Diesel Automatic built to the hilt by BTS.

  • that truck is BADASS!!! is it got a 12 or a 24valve in it??? chipped or anything like that?

  • sorry man, didnt even see it. Nice lookin truck though

  • Thank you.

  • Great video man, that sounds like a cummins though?

  • Ya think thats why I named it the Fummins?

  • what engine are you running in it?

  • badass

  • hey craneman u run a crane so thats more pollutin

btw diesels dont polute as much as youd thing

    gassers are worse

  • Best pickup ever with the best engine ever!

good work! but you really should get some pullin videos of this thing id love to see em!

  • RockinSPerformance,

Nice sounding PowerStroke. Sounds and looks badass.

    Keep up the good work!

  • this gay stack shit HAS to be a midwest or deep south thing (shaking head)

  • Sorry DS but The DHRA requires Stacks on Diesel Pickups so Chill just a tad.

  • requirement or not it still looks gay- at least on street trucks.

  • Ok well That is you opinion. Thank you

  • what looks gay the stacks??? if thats what your talkin about then your screwed up.. nothing lloks betta then a set of stacks on a deisel truck

  • Nothing looks better??? lol. No, nothing looks better than correct spelling and punctuation.

    Remember: I before E, except after C
