@PUHcee It's a nice style they have, it definitely kept me playing. The cameos were something to look forward too. As for GTA IV it's an alternate time line, which is basically an alternate universe, as you can see the city is completely different, wayy too different for only 7-8 years of change.

it would be too large a game. imo gta sa is the worst gta game in the 3d series, it was good feature wise but the story was quite ridiculous, along with some of the new features. the cartoon style graphics looked better but made the game seem even less serious.
