  • This is the video I was talking about , these two guys sound good , that is a amen.

  • This was from the Capitol Theatre in Passaic, NJ for a benefit concert for the victums of the Passaic Labor Day Fire on 8th Street. Southside, Steven, Joe Piscopo & La Bamba & The Hubcaps played the show.

This video was showed as part of the old MTV show "Rock Infuences" for the Rock of New Jersey show. It also featured This Time It's For Real, Talk To Me & Until The Good IS Gone (Where I can see myself in the Front Row!). Piscopo did New Jersey Song & La Bamba did Move On Up

  • I,ve never seen this video before , until now Steven can really belt out those rolls and I remember Southside J. This video really rocks . Thank you for the memory and some.

  • Silvio can sing baby!

  • Add. I also have Stevie's solo albums,

Southside's solo's and Bruce's. Big difference. Steve is growly, Johnny is bluesy and has a really good voice and Bruce is Bruce.

  • to mimi2957...no way. I find them completely distinctive.

  • I sing, but I have to admit that blindfold me and Steve, Bruce, and Johnny are hard to tell apart.

  • new jersey babe

the wildest of all the cards

    deal with it

  • I LOVE IT.

  • These guys will forever ROCK!

    Love ya guys-Keep on....!

  • fuckin brilliant track this geezzer is full ov soul,

  • Little trivia...It was Miami Steve back in those days

  • didnt he adopt little steven for the darkness on the edge of town tour?

  • Don't really remember when "Miami" became "Little." The horn section of the Jukes was the "Miami Horns" back then mainly because Van Zandt put them together, was the Jukes producer and main song writer.

  • I think Little Steven was a family thing. The first I knew of him using it was when he started the Disciples of Soul.

  • Yeah, he wrote a lot of songs on the first few albums...

  • Didn't Little Steven actually write this song?

  • Go Johnny go, go Steven go, go the Jukes go!!!

  • Could Southside Johnny and Bruce Springstein possibly sound any more alike?

  • That's most likely Miami Steve's involvement with both bands - production, writing, etc. It's great to see Southside Johnny and the Jukes in a live video clip - their energy on stage was always amazing!

  • Awsome

  • Maybe he took Adriana dancing before he whacked her.

  • You say "whacked" like it's a bad thing.:)

  • Where does Silvio Dante find the time to preform on stage and run The Bing?

  • Great performance, let's hope for an upgarde in the quality of the footage.

    This will do for now!!
