I live in the US, but my dog Rex survived a terrible start on the streets of New Delhi. He looks are identical the the red dogs in this video. I think of what he looked like when he was first brought off the streets and it makes me want to cry. The thought that if Red Paws Rescue hadn't saved him he would have suffered the way so many of these dogs do breaks my heart. I adore my Indian street dog. I just don't understand how anyone could mistreat such a noble and humble soul.
