But he DIDN'T kill a by stander however he DID get a beating from the police, they already acknowledged he was unarmed and he was completely out numbered and toxicology reports found no PCP. @AlexLong1000 i think when people say "fuck the police" they mean the department, not the officers themselves. alot of cops who use excessive force don't face any consequences other than suspension with pay, a.k.a a vacation. it seems like in most cases, when it comes to an officer using illegal excessive force, the department doesn't give due punishment.

But there is no proof that the beating was motivated by racism. Cops do indeed beat up people of every race. Is L.A.P.D. racist? Probably yes.
