  • He's as cute as his death is horrifying.

  • Music at the start is way creepy! Parts 1 & 3 are the only really good elm street films but damn their awesome

  • 0:22 EPICCCC

  • Freddy is the nightman.Scary man of the night.

  • xDD

  • 1:37

    OUCH!!!! WTF!!!

  • Loved seeing Phillip's bare feet in this scene!

  • @socalman08 haha what's so special about his feet?

  • @69crafty A friend of mine helped with the special effects on him. The actor that portrayed Phillip was shy about baring his feet. I was with my friend that first day and assured him his feet looked great...just for self confidence. He took care of them and had smooth soles.

  • @socalman08 I read on the IMDB that the film was originally an X and was cut down to make it an R. You wouldn't happen to know what was cut out...? I've always wondered that. I saw some behind-the-scenes footage where it looks like they were planning on making Taryn's eye pop out during her death. Did it have something to do with that?

  • @musicfan12647 They edited out some of the more gruesome tortures Freddy handed his victims...like talking decapitated heads, grinding limbs and body in grinder etc. At the time, R ratings and X ratings were used for blood and guts...the more gory, the MPAA rated it down to an X.

The bloody tendons and veins coming out of Phillip's hands and feet were toned down a bit too. He was in make-up for over 4 hours and in bare feet at that. He was a good sport.

  • I loved this scene because the audience got to see Phillip's bare feet. I loved the special effects. He was in makeup for about 4 hours!

  • OBEY YOUR MASTER! (of puppets)

  • I already have carpophobia (fear of veins and wrists) and now this? I just wanted to know what the music in the background was when phillip was walking down the hall........

  • can i ask something what has queer as folk got to do with nightmare on elm street

  • He was formed by a marrionette, even though puupet is the same thing

  • lmfao "have a nice stroll asshole"

  • This was the last Elm St to have that creepy gritty 80s feel to it, not even The Dream Master could create this kind of atmosphere and that was made in 88. Freddy still has the best make-up too, he looks ok I guess in part 4, but then after that they got real lazy. In my opinion this is the best death of the whole series because it's just so sadistic, evil and very disturbing.

  • lol nice job on that kill it looked cool

  • That music at the start is fucking creepy

  • I love that music that plays when Joey goes to wake his roommate

  • I love how instead of trying to save the kid, everyone just gathers in a room sceaming and watching him fall xD

  • this f'd me up for years i think i saw this before the original when i was bout 7 or in 93 fucking crazzzzy

  • I was a huge fan of Freddy Krueger in the '80s when I was a kid...all of the '80s Nightmare movies are the best compared to the more recent ones...Freddy's make-up in the '90s+ movies looks so fake and rubbery...

This scene was so scary back in the day...those veins coming out of his body...it's still extreme and scary-looking today...

  • Puppet Freddy looks most like my vision of the boogeyman. Kind of like Max Schreck in Nosferatu...

  • Master of puppets in pulling your strings twisting your mind and smashing your dreams

  • 1:17, good job waking him up,asshole.

  • Wow. Some of the fx in this movie are actually quite good even by today standars.

  • why doesnt it show him bleeding in the real world??

  • Phillip's parents must have done something horrible to Freddy while he was still a living human being. Why else would Freddy be so ruthless and brutal to Phillip? One of his most sadistic kills.

  • i think out of all the nightmare on elm street deaths, this one is the most creative

  • i always found joey kinda hot :)

  • 1:04 Spider man, spider man does whatever spider man does...

  • It didnt scare ir made me sick either but it does hurt ftom watching it. O_0 OUCH! Oh well, rest in peace little spence hehehe :D

  • @greasegirlsodapopA21 His name wasn't S

pence, it was Phillip. Spencer was in Freddy's Dead.

  • @Cuteblondchick72 I'm 15 and strangely I'm not sick from watching this part. Too bad his friends couldn't help him. Poor guy.

  • This is amazing. Love it! I Love Death!

  • probably the best computer work of the 80's, still this part is fucked up

  • Still one of the most grusome deaths I've ever seen in a movie. I remember when I first saw this, I was terrified of sharp objects cutting me for the next week.

  • If you dislike this you have nerves of steel... or should I say TENDONS?!

  • Using the tendons to control someone's arms and legs. Reminds me of something my aunt told me.

  • @horseluver4evar3344 Actually 7, and 8 with freddy vs jason.

  • i was little when i watched this ant it fuckin haunted me:L

  • This death was gruesome

  • Thumbs up if you think this should have been one of Freddy's fatalities in Mortal Kombat!!!!

  • This would make a great fatality.

  • @Nukesgboomvirus well he is gonna be DLC in MK9...

  • this scene is like so scary

  • @TearsFromTheMoonx damn straight

  • 2:03

  • The kId that plays joey is cute. lol

  • ... when are they gonna make Freddy X...

  • gotta pinch yourself DUH

  • I think he's still alive :).He made it don't worry you guys :)

  • Logan returns to the X Mansion after defeating several Sentinels. He Falls asleep and wakes up in Freddy's Boiler Room.

Who would win? Would Logan's powers work? What would the Pre Fight conversation look like?

    Wolverine has Adamantium and Healing

Its the Freddy from the 2010 remake and no one is around to wake Wolvie

  • Philip, the true star of Nightmare on Elm Street 3 should have poured the holy water on Freddy at the end!

  • Whenever I watch any of the nightmare on elm street scenes/movies at night, I have the feeling I am in a nightmare, and freddy is right behind me

  • "Have a nice stroll, asshole" lol

  • Ok let's see freddy waltz on into one of Chuck Norris's dreams.

  • He had it coming.

  • What mainly scares the crap out of me in this scene, is when Freddy looks at you just before Phillip dies. It just looks... so scary.

    Phillips death was too painful.

  • My favorite elm street death EVER!!!!! Also, its the one i remember so vividly from my childhood.

  • @DreamWarrior316 Yeah this is the best one, i remember watching it at 6 years old :D

  • i like how the food falls off the tray after he rips it off the counter and then this random pie falls off a second later

  • I'v only seen the first nightmare on elm street, am i missing out on alot? :|

  • @AlexandraFergy1998 you pretty much are missing out, this is a really good watch, the humor is better mixed with the horror in this film and this should have been the second nightmare in my opinion.

dont watch the second one after this one, it would ruin it.

trust me, give this a watch

  • being born in this era, u have much better graphics than your typical 1980's cgi, but damn, this scene creeps me out EVERYTIME!!!!

  • This freaked me out so much when I was a kid!

  • Have a nice stroll asshole

  • While I normally have a strong stomach for this, I cannot keep my eyes on the screen when this comes on. It's just so creepy.

  • This is my favorite movie, I love Dream Warriors! The deaths from 1, 2 , and 3 create a sadness you feel that no other horror movie can make you feel, you really feel for the kids, and this was my favorite group, poor Phillip

  • wats the song...when JOEY FINDS OUT HES CAUSIN SUICIDE

  • It surprises me that you can't see his blood in the real world but in the first movie you could see them bleed when he killed them in the real world.

  • Shit too painful yo

  • This is the best death scene in the entire series, giant Freddie FTW

  • hahahah so funny and delicious his death!!!

  • the thing is when we see him in the real world sleep walking, you`d see the cuts on his arms (like in the deaths in the previous films) but we don`t see any which has always baffeld me.

  • @69crafty Exactly. Idk why that happens :P

  • FREDDY WINS! FATALITY!!!

  • One of the greatest, most sickeningly brutal deaths in the series. I still cringe every time I see it.

  • bradleyyyyyyyyy

  • why doesnt any body go after him

  • that nurse need to get fired

  • my friend was too scared to watch this, so I just showed her 3:13 and she laughed her head off

  • this deaths scares me, but i watch it anyway

  • I love this death..Super tight. Probably one of the best ways to die

  • i think that nerd makes the voice of DOUBLE D from ED EDD N EDDY!

  • I love how it's not a kill-by-monster-become-monster movie.

  • HAHA, when I was 8 years old I traumatiza myself and my brother.... now i have 13.. and i think this is a fucking shit

  • This is really great.

  • That is my favorite death by Freddy

  • 1:41 ahhhhhh man that shit will fucking hurt

  • does anyone know where i can get the music starting at 2:04? it's epic

  • I feel bad for Phillip :( But the thing is, Freddy killed the teenagers in the 1st movie because their parents killed him. I don't like how he kills random kids now. But at least they're creative, including this one. Ouch :(

  • @LittleDewDrop16 The kids weren't random in Elm Street 3. They're the last of the children whose parents killed Freddy.

  • @PeyserConley Oh. I see. Thanks ^^

  • @PeyserConley I was just about the explain the same thing. Looks like you got it covered lol

  • this scene is hilarious atleast he died happy while sleep walking lmfao

  • my favorite freddy killing lol

  • when i first saw this 3:08 scared me half to death!!

  • man thats got to be the BEST death freddy has ever done. intense, scary, and sad too.

  • thats intense

  • O.o is it bad that this made me laugh?

  • so sad

  • fucking NIGHTMARE FUEL

  • freedy is a sick person

  • @TheN3kROmAnCeR Who is this Freedy of whom you speak?

  • best NOES death ever!!!

  • thats just disturbing watching his arms cut but it wasnt scary to me:)

  • I JUST WANNA KNOW HOW THE HELL HE WALKED THRU THE DOORS!!!

  • @nyblusaiyan Freddy Kruegers dream powers have some effect on the real world as well, even when he is dragged into the real world he still has some power too (as seen in Nightmare 2).

  • HIS FRIEND IS SUCH AN ASSHOLE

  • Freddy kinda looked like Jack Skellington at the beginning

  • THIS FUCKING RULES THX FER POSTING

  • lol old effects are funny as hell

  • sleepwalkers thats a shame

  • Out of all the scenes in Freddy's movies, this one gave me the most nightmares as a kid!

Shit, who am I kidding... it still gives me nightmares now lol...

  • oh hell no.

  • that looks painful, glad im not him

  • can someone tell me what is the name of the song that plays when joe run's for help?

  • @DiBotas I have no idea but if you fidn out let me know please becaus ei was thinkign of the same thing

  • this is just painful to watch

  • @EderRedfield it's sick i have to hide my wrists everytime i watch this

  • Master of puppets freddie's cutting your strings. Lol

  • at 1:17 you can watch a freddys poster behind that guy :o

  • Comment removed

  • the thing that always gets with this series is that these kids REALLY suffer, yet no one can ever see it. chilling. imagine being in that kind of predicament....

  • @Yeaster wow! i didnt think about that till about 1:05 that is creepy

  • @Yeaster I agree. Metaphorically all teens suffer some way, some how. Wes Craven used to say in his interviews something along the lines of,

"I always attribute negligence to the pain these kids feel, just like in real life. And the way this "invisible" killer always gets away with it, and getting someone to listen to them is just impossible."

  • THATS HORRIBLE!

  • one of the best death scenes, never scared me though xD

  • wtf

  • this one scared me when i was young. i always watched the foot of my bed. lol

  • Absolutely surreal, definately one the best deaths in the series.

  • my fav.scene from dream warriors, especially when it hits 2:04 you can really feel that old school horror haha. awesome stuff!!! i love robert englund's laugh right after he cuts phillips strings =)

  • @frankiemendiola89, this one and the Original Nightmare on lm street were the only ones that were truly scary, the rest were all comedy/horror, mostly comedy.

  • @LordMalice6d9 not number 2 come on, that wasn"t comedy, it was number 4 where it all starts going daft

  • "Have a nice stroll asshole"

  • black dude dont even careXD

  • Grittingly good stuff.

  • cool it scared the hell out of my baby sister

  • I'm obsessed with this MOVIE!!! Me and Coolios Productions are working on Stuff from all the nightmare on Elm street movies. NICE WORK!!!
