I live in Finland but I know little about other Scandinavian countries. Do you have a culture in Norway that causes ordinary people to hysterically deny any wrong-doing by the authorities? Like, is there a naive trust in authority figures there? Because we have that over here.

Even that wasn't enough to get him arrested. The attempted arrest happened after the he refused to follow the polices orders to vacate the premises.

What the intro for this video DOESN'T tell you, is that Obiora was a 2 meter tall (6'7") heavy, muscular man who went ballistic at the social security office and threatened the women working there. Policemen were called for, but they had a hard time restraining Obiora. More police. Obiora didn't cooperate, and was handcuffed. What the video uploader fails to tell you is that Obiora was a HUGE man, and he basically snapped when he didn't get his way at a public office. The police were called because this HUGE guy was being violent.
He was also high on drugs.
When the police tried to calm him down, it got even worse, and he started attacking the police officers.
He got himself killed. The police had no choice. They had to protect the other people, and themselves.

The rest is bullcrap. Oboeira wasn't arrested for taking pictures, but because he was abusing the staff of the social office, taking their pictures and making threats. Even that wasn't enough to get him arrested. The attempted arrest happened after the he refused to follow the polices orders to vacate the premises.
That he died during the struggle to arrest him was a tragedy, but in NO way was he an innocent man being abused by police.

What the intro for this video DOESN'T tell you, is that Obiora was a 2 meter tall (6'7") heavy, muscular man who went ballistic at the social security office and threatened the women working there. Policemen were called for, but they had a hard time restraining Obiora. More police. Obiora didn't cooperate, and was handcuffed. Still being violent, the police laid him on his stomach inside their car, and he suffocated. Had he behaved like a normal person, he would have been alive today.

The guy was handcuffed and shot while he laid on his belly, defenseless.
