Olivia and Elliot had gotten too close, and their personal feelings ended up jeopardizing the case. She realized that they could no longer work together and still do their jobs effectively.

EO moments in it!No matter how hard they try, Elliot and Olivia care to much about one another, someone needs to help them figure it out, because it's season 9 already not so much as a kiss on the cheek [whats up with that] I think Dr.Haung should have a talk with them about each other, that should be at least on episode worth! or what about taking a lie detector test with huang seeing if they would lie or tell truth on how thye feel about each other what about that idea, cuz you kow you cant lie on that test
