Hey the mod podge u mentioned is it the hard coat and what color is the bottle cuz theres Is like 20, does home depot have it and what kind of paint would be safe and do I seal mod podge and then paint... Sorry that's a lot of ??? Just trying to do it right,,, lol
@951adg06 Damb..., no home depot anywhere in my area carrys it. which home depot do you get yours from? if I can get the item # from them I might be able to get somewhere local to order it. thanks....
@SquirtleRuNzSocial A lot. Haha. That would require 3 sheets of melamine at $30.75 a piece. The glass will be between $40-$55 bucks for that size (a 3ftx18in glass is $10) . It will require two tracks at $4.95 each. And the boarding should be the 2x3 studs, for support of the heavier wood.
tank looks great!mala MINE like its mine not yours. u shouldnt use nails tho u always screw and glue malamine.maybe u did use screws but i thought i heard nails... sometimes u can get cheap wood from them if u ask if they have any leftover cuts mistake cuts or ppl that changed there mind about purchasing it after they cut it . i always get home depot to make the large cuts since there giant radial is so much more accurate.
@milldabeast519 Thanks, and Yeah I used screws, I have a habit of saying nails instead of screws. And our home depot won't cut the wood. they look at you like your crazy when you ask.
