by adding portamento between notes and phrases (which i know is never called for, at least in my addition) i found that i discover little reocerring ideas in the music that would otherwise be lost by plucking every note. by no means is this criticism, just the student telling the master what he finds out while playing.
I'm really fascinated with classical guitar players! how do you play while staring at the notes with no mistakes??! my god, this piece is fast...so professional. Good job!
Such a beautiful, clean performance! I have to ask, though. Were you improvising in the beginning of the piece? This is one of my favorite pieces to play on the violin, and I noticed a lot of differences from the original version, including several added accidentals.
Great job. I can feel the hours of hard work to get that master piece under your fingers and be able to play without checking the frets even for difficult parts. I really enjoyed those 5 minutes. Fred
Congratulations, this was very, very well done!

Esecuzione impeccabile Maestro! E' la mia preferita di J.S Bach, anche se preferisco la versione BWV 1000 in Sol minore (G minor for Lute) per liuto.
Un caloroso saluto dall' Italia. :-)
