I left a comment on another video here, so I might as well drop it here too. I wrote a review of Midnight Madness a few years ago and posted it on the web. Recently got an e-mail from Brian Frishman (Barf) thanking me for the review! Awesome. Got his e-mail address, but won't post it. Still, he'd probably like to hear how many people fondly remember fagabeefe!
I think half of the cast appeared on Little House on the Prairie at one time. It takes a serious and objective person to find the humor in this movie! Way to go for Kent Dorfman!
If anybody happens to know exactly where the College, Pinball City, Miniature Golf World and Piano Museum scenes were filmed, could you please inform me? I'd really like to know...
@Skibz778 ---------This movie was filmed all over LA.....i think.....the miniature golf is the same one in NOrwalk, calif..........obviously the BONAVENTURE hotel is in LA....my fav hotel of all time
@Skibz778 -----The Pabst blue Ribbon brewing co ......i just researched it and they dont brew pabst beer in LA anymore because of reduced demand.......The brewery for Pabst is in Wiscosin.............old Johnny Fat Boy BURGER restaurant in this movie was filmed at this VACATED Coffeshop on LA CIENIEGA and WILSHIRE in LA...where Biggie Smalls was killed just to let you know
i finally found this movie,,, omgggggggg i found it on ares if anyone wants to download iot.i send this info cause i been looking for years for it,, totally 80s totally awesome
this movie fucken bad, loved it as a kid. everyone that i've talk to never heard of this movie, lol, so no one knows waht i'm talking about when i say or call them a faga beffe. thanks for posting , cause now they know, lmao.
This is my favorite movie of all time.HANDS DOWN!! I watched it so much that i learned the scripts word for word.I live in Memphis,Tn. and i always wanted to go to California and visit the places they went like the Minature golf place,Observatory,etc...I wonder if any of those places still exist?
holy shit! havent seen this in 25 years. yep true classic cable movie. i too watched this over a 100 times one summer as a kid.lol.they need to make an HBO/SHOWTIME/MovieChannel classics station.
Michael J Fox as "the young punk". Every line he says is "who cares about it anyway..blah blah". David Naughton is great. The brunette he is in love with was hot. I could never figure out how Leon got the hot chicks....a mystery for the ages that Leon.
I used to watch this on HBO over and over and over again when I was a kid. I was so happy to find it on DVD so I could start watching it over and over again now!
There is a robot chicken from cartoon network where they flash to this guy saying fagabeefe.. Its in the first season.. I saw it and burst out laughing.. No one else had a clue why i was laughing so hard..
Def. one of the best movies of all time! Funny cause I live in the area and look at the landmarks/streets... Those who remember the beginning of movie where Harold throws his tray... Figured out that was the corner of la brea and sunset.
This clip convinced me not to bother buying this now even though it's $5.99. Still, I think it looks like fun and I'll probably pick it up in the future. 1980s flicks are sooo fun! This reminds me a little of Zapped! a flick that really needs a DVD release.
So pretty much this movie is about different groups looking for....
