I have been saving for a mustang for 2 years now. I'm hoping to buy a 2005 GT. I have about $6300, about half of what i need. I love mustangs and it's my dream to own one of these. The one in the video is actually exactly what i want.
300 hp is alot of power. The 4.6 L DOHC three valve could've made 350 easily stock but there was no competition at the time so give the three valve credit where it's due.
I own an 08 gt, and everything he said about it is true. (I don't know about the stats he described though, I'm a shitty racer right now, so i'll have to improve before I talk about that, even then i've gotta estimate, since I have a tune, and a few aftermarket parts, lol)
can the average person fit in the backseat because it looks a little cramped. I want to know cause i might get one but I want to know if people would be able to sit back there.

@shakir213 Unfortunately Pontiac is gone now, im very disappointing my first car was a 68 firebird and i still have it 18 years later wouldn't trade it for anything
@shakir213 The firebird was discontinued due to falling sales and it became outdated and ppl complained about how harsh and in your face it was. But aren't all muscle cars harsh and in your face?
I like the vid. But you need to be more honest . The interior is rubbish, the airvents are from an audi, and the rest is full of plastic .The interior looks to cheap for this type of car. Also the engine bay, It''s really messy there. But it is a great car , no doubt , but if you want to review a car, you also need to point out the bad bits and pieces, even if its a new car.
This sounds more like an advertisement then a review. There had to be something you didn't like about the car ;) Mustang is a good machine for the money but they are far from perfect

@sparrowlt I somewhat agree, the solid rear axle is a little behind in times, however, they have made it work. Especially in the new 11s, they handle extremely well for a live rear axle car. PS- you can improve the handling on 2005-2009s exponentially by simply switching tires
@AdrianosFidi I work at a car lot, and this Mustang is for sale here. Also, people are still interested in these older cars because people still buy them, and there aren't a lot of reviews on them...

Yeah, I'm an old school type of MUSTANG guy... but I would never put down anything that resembles a MUSTANG or keeps the legend alive. Did you know the MUSTANG was meant to satisfy the needs of the working class. It was designed as a sporty car for females back in mid 1963. Then, they started manufacturing them as performance sport vehicles... specially after Carroll Shelby saw the potential and started playing with them. Great video! Keep them coming.

What I like about this mustang is that It is so basic that it can be tuned up whether would be improving the suspension, brakes, and even tune the engine since it has that awesome V8 powerplant. No wonder I have seen different variations of Mustangs.

@thegameX10 Yeah, that's not right. My 2004 GT will do 60 in 5.4 seconds. I know for a fact that the 2005 is faster. I've raced a couple for fun.

Well in reallity it has a dreadfull obsolete rear suspension ... tought its a good tunned one (but not comparable to any new independant axle) .
Still i love it.. this is the sport car i would buy.. i dont care if it only could turn left
