I've been listening to dubstep for a long time, when it was more a garage hybrid that its own genre. You are talking about jump up, "wobble bollocks," as I call it. Its become a bastardisation of what was originally a wicked genre. In the right time and place it works, but its over used.

There is a massive sprawling genre that you have dismissed here.
