Kinda, but each time, Kinnikuman's partner does the Docking with the move they're more familiar with. Prince Kamehame/Kinnikuman Great the First taught Kinnikuman the Kinniku Buster (top part), whereas Terryman helped Kinnikuman create the Kinniku Driver (bottom part).
just saying but isn't the Muscle Docking supposed to be the other way around, with King Muscle on the bottom and Terryman on the top?

Pretty much. Heck, they could size-change too. The Kinniku Buster would be useless if you were 50x his height.
