okay? a 99-00 si coupe with a b16a2 in it runs between 7-9grand, rims aren't too expensive...people spend like 3grand on 16" rims which is dumb unless you're getting BBS's which is rare that they even make 4x100 lug patterns. you can just go with some 16" Konigs that will run you probably like $100 a rim and then throw on some performance dry season tires for probably $100-150 each like i did and only have $900 invested, and out handle those other cars with rims that weigh 11.5lbs each.
