@lovesbela It could be just Tomo being random, but I think it might be because Japan's cities are huge with massive skyscrapers, so much so that they block out the sky and the horizon. Okinawa, which is more rural, doesn't have the buildings blocking out the sky, so Tomo might be going crazy over how she can actually SEE the sky!

Nah, it's just that the air is a lot cleaner in Okinawa than in Tokyo and I think that it being closer to equator is another reason as well.

Try seeing it as an American from New York or Chicago that's going to Hawaii for the first time. You'll instantly notice the differences in the sky color instantly. I did when I went to Greece and I live in Norway. I was like "What the hell happened to the sky?"
